Correction: I saw the entire season 1 of Family Guy again and all the episodes, the word "fictitious" shown on the disclaimer in the credits is spelled correctly.

Correction: There are several possible explanations to this, the most likely one that the teacher had simply switched schools. Maybe he got a new job, or maybe he was a substitute who filled different positions at different times.

Correction: This is a very common technique used in animation to save the animators time and effort. It can't really be classified as a mistake.

Correction: This is the introduction to the show. It is not supposed to have continuity. Why would a regular family have showgirls and an enormous staircase either?

Correction: He wouldn't necessarily need to say it. Chris could have mentioned to Kyle earlier that his father is named Peter.
