Revealing mistake: In the first scene the clock shows an impossible configuration. The hour hand is slightly before the five, and the minute hand is between one and two. If it's about seven minutes after the hour, the hour hand should be slightly past one of the other numbers, not slightly before it. (00:00:24)
Suggested correction: Not sure if this is technically a mistake or not. These clocks run on batteries, and when the battery's time is almost up (no pun intended), the weight of the hands sometimes over-rides the battery's strength to move them properly. This is likely a dying battery that failed to move the hour hand correctly. So while it is 'a mistake', it's part of real life, and not really a 'mistake in the episode'.

Corrected entry: The chariots are electric vehicles (they need to recharge in the sunlight), but they have rev counters. Electric vehicles don't have a rev counter, and even if they did, an electric motor moving the wheels at 9000 rpm would cause the car to move at a ridiculous speed.
Correction: Supposition: we don't know what the future's technology will bring, so mechanical improvements are certainly within possibility.
Regardless of any mechanical improvements, an electric motor spinning the wheels of a vehicle at 9,000 RPM (assuming the wheel's circumference is 1 meter as an understatement), the chariot would be moving at 150 m/s or 500 km/h. The specified in the show that they move at about 35 mph.
You're also entirely discounting the idea of gearing, as used in conventional engines. Without knowing the schematics and internal workings, we can't assume that the electric motor (s) are directly connected to the wheels as they are in modern electric vehicles.
It would appear you two are arguing apples and oranges. If the rev counter is measuring rotations of some undefined motor function, then gearing could make a difference. If, as the original comment states, it is measuring wheel rotation, then that would be post-gearing and the speed issue would be correct.
Looking at the dash board it has two gauges, RPM and Km/H. Also a "4W" "Diff Lock" "H4" indicators, from what I have seen so far about the tech crew of this production, they lack "tech." Those indicators are for standard single engine 4WD. I would say no attempt has been made, when designing the chariot prop, for any proper electric vehicle technology to be researched. Eg, 4 wheel motors.

Corrected entry: Roxy would need more than a Halo Suit to survive at that attitude for such a long time - she would freeze to death.
Correction: With the kinds of technology they have at their disposal, the Kingsmen would likely have been on the cutting edge of technology with such things, and would have a suit sufficiently protective for the mission.

Corrected entry: When McClane enters Holly's office, a crew member is reflected in the mirror. (00:12:05)
Correction: The person in the mirror is standing out in the hallway, with several other partygoers in the background scene. It is not a crew member. They're also wearing a suit jacket, something a crew member would be unlikely to do.

Corrected entry: When Malcolm is outside Cole's building before they speak for the first time, he reviews notes with Cole's name at the top of a page that contained circled symptoms. We see a close-up of the same page in a later shot and can see that it contains notes of their first discussion in the church. But he could not have taken these notes, as he hasn't yet spoken to Cole at the time he is first reviewing it.
Correction: The first notes page is from his referral - he circled certain things that stuck out to him. After talking to Cole, he later added more notes.

Corrected entry: The ship loses its ability to make fresh water. The crew rigs a small plastic evaporator which is seen overflowing with abundant water. A rig of this size could not produce enough water to supply the needs of even one crew member.
Correction: They've set up multiple evaporators and stills to process the water from other liquids. While not sufficient to provide for a crew of hundreds, when there is no option, one must try anything.
