Continuity mistake: In the castle, Bruce has blood on his arm all the way down to his hand. When he and Anna are flying down, there is much less blood that only reaches down to his elbow. (01:33:00)

Continuity mistake: The opening voice over says it is 1481. Later it says "Exactly 500 years later" setting the film in 1981. Bruce says that, while in prison he missed seeing E.T., which was released in 1982. If it wasn't for the 'Exactly' then I'd forgive them. (00:50:20)

Continuity mistake: Just after Bruce escapes with the Codex, when he is throwing his grappling hook from one building to the next, he is not carrying his backpack with the book in it. It reappears a couple of shots later. (00:52:00)

Continuity mistake: When Bruce is being towed by the ambulance although the sheet starts ripping in the middle, the knot gives out and it becomes totally detached from the ambulance. Some subsequent shots show the ambulance with part of the sheet trailing in and some shots show it with no sheet. (00:31:36)

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, there is a magazine article which reads, "... finally fall into place, only then will Tajikistan ..." The voice over - of the lady writing the article - says, "And only then will Tajikistan." (00:01:20)

Continuity mistake: When we first see John's hostage, the pillow on the bed has bright red blood right to the edge. In the closeup, a few shots later, the blood is much pinker and there is less of it. (00:52:25)

Continuity mistake: When Sydney gets up from the table in the diner, he picks up his cigarettes and an envelope from between the two coffee cups. A couple of shots before, we saw a side view of the table and there was no envelope. (00:06:30)

Continuity mistake: Rico is running up the ramp to capture the red flag and drops his gun; it lands with the strap towards the top of the ramp. In the subsequent wide shot, the strap is towards the bottom of the ramp. (00:37:15)
