Continuity mistake: In the conference room, Saxon (The Master) puts on a gas mask that has an emblem mounted above the hose. After replying to the question, he moves the mask, and the emblem is on the bottom of the mask.

This is particularly noticeable because the third room she enters is "her" room, containing her greatest fear - and the first room she went into numbered 214 had a completely different fear. Continuity mistake: The Doctor pulls the arm off Rose, deactivates it, and the fourth and fifth fingers are the last to stop moving. When the angle changes, the first two fingers are the last to stop.

Continuity mistake: When the Doctor and Mrs. Moore are walking through the tunnel of Cybermen, there is constantly a light source in front of them. When the shot looks ahead, there are no lights. This is due to the cameraman giving more light so this all can be filmed.
