Visible crew/equipment: When Will has his last therapy session with Sean, he reaches up to hug Sean. His shirt in the back rises up, and you can briefly see some sort of small black equipment/cables that look like a battery or mic pack tucked into the back of his pants.

Suggested correction: Patently false. His shirt does not lift up during this scene. Only his pants, belt, and shirt are visible on his back side. However, the shirt and pants are somewhat crumpled, possibly giving this illusion.

Good Will Hunting (1997)
Corrected entry: In the scene where the four guys are walking up to the Harvard bar for the first time, Morgan is asking Will how he was fired from his janitorial job, and then Chuckie offers Will a job working construction. Will in fact does not loose his job before this scene. This is because later, when Lambeau asks the men in the Buildings and Grounds office about Will, Will's boss says that he "didn't show up for work today," meaning that he still had his job. They would not be expecting Will had he been fired. If he was fired, the movie never attempts to explain why. (00:15:30)

Better Call Saul (2015)
Corrected entry: Jimmy mentions a teenager getting a discount at the Stop and Shop, but Stop and Shop is a grocery store chain that only exists in the Northeastern US. Jimmy has only ever lived in Illinois and New Mexico, so he is unlikely to know the chain exists, let alone use it in a passing example like this. Plus, this conversation is taking place with someone who also lives in Albuquerque, so his mentioning this makes no sense. (00:11:10)
Correction: While Stop and Shop is a Northeastern grocery chain, "Stop-N-Shop" (or other variations of the spelling) is a ubiquitous name for some stores, especially for convenience stores. There's one that closed down near me, and there's some in NM and IL. It should also be noted Jimmy says "five-finger discount", meaning stealing. So it's clear to Caldera what Jimmy is trying to say.
Very good point, thank you for adding that! Stop and Shop groceries might want to pick a more unique name, and be on the lookout for shoplifters.

Mr. Monk Takes Manhattan - S3-E1
Corrected entry: The captain refers to the DA as a "guy" just after the New York policeman calls her "she", indicating she is female. (00:09:45)
Correction: He may have meant the man that the DA was going to help them meet with, rather than the DA herself. What the captain said was ambiguous.
It wasn't really ambiguous. But you're right, the Captain was referring to Warrick Tennyson. That was the whole purpose of the trip, to talk to him ("this guy"). The DA's office was the one that set up the meeting, so someone from the DA's office was going to meet Monk et al, but that's not who they were going to talk to.
