Continuity mistake: In the bathroom fight, Blade stabs at Buffy with a knife and then spins around to attack again. In the first shot, he spins and his back is fully facing Buffy, but then in the next shot he's suddenly still facing her and swinging his knife before just starting to spin. (00:20:56)

Continuity mistake: Blade kicks Buffy into the bathroom from the dark hallway, the bathroom having white, black and red colouring and patterns with the hallway having solid black walls. So when Blade kicks her in, and enters, the wall behind him should still be the black hall walls. Yet in the shot of him entering the bathroom about to try and stab Buffy, it's more bathroom walls behind him and the door to the hall he just came from is gone. (00:20:45)

Continuity mistake: Just before Blade throws his jacket at Buffy, they are both standing in the middle of the dance floor in front of the DJ stage. Then, when she's batting the jacket out of the way just before Blade kicks her, she's suddenly in a small hallway next to the stage by the bathroom. (00:20:43)

Continuity mistake: Blade goes to take off his jacket and he's seen clutching it with his right hand, and his arm still has its sleeve of the jacket fully on. Then in the next shot from overhead, as he starts to pull the jacket off, suddenly his right arm is completely bare with the jacket sleeve somehow suddenly already off. (00:20:41)

Continuity mistake: Buffy gets one of Blade's swords away from him, and as she's pulling it out of the jacket, her hand is halfway down the katana's handle almost exactly in the middle. Then in the next shot, as she's tossing the jacket back and getting into a stance, her hand is higher up on the handle touching the tsuba. (00:20:27)

Continuity mistake: Buffy gets one of Blade's swords by wrapping her jacket around his wrist and snagging the blade out of it. When she's first wrapping the jacket around the sword, it is covering her left hand fully; then, in the next shot, her hand is not covered at all. (00:20:24)

Continuity mistake: Intro Mission 1: In a small cut scene, a meteor hits just next to the 3rd blast shield control knob and knocks it out of the wall. The red light on it turns off as it floats in space. Then suddenly, in the next shot as the camera is going back to Ben, the red light is back on. It is also suddenly further away from the socket it goes in.

Continuity mistake: Intro Mission 1: When Ben closes the initial blast shield over the window, the shield is only halfway shut as he's still holding the control knob. The camera angle then changes, and even though the sound of the shield finishing its closure continues, Ben is suddenly hovering further away from the knob and facing down the path. A meteor then strikes nearby, making it appear as if Ben suddenly teleported between shots.

Continuity mistake: Intro Mission 1: As Ben is floating along the space station, a small cut scene is triggered when the first meteor hits and blows up part of the walkway behind him. Regardless of where you actually have Ben just before the cut scene starts, the cut scene will have him positioned back several feet from where you were, back in the direction you came, and will put him in the centre of the path even if you were cutting around the corner.

Continuity mistake: In the first part of the game, Mulder goes into a bathroom, and a cutscene starts where he turns around and faces a woman standing outside the door who turns into some sort of zombie. He turns to face her, with the mirror at his back. Then, when the cutscene ends, Mulder is then facing the wall and the paper towel dispenser instead of the door.

Continuity mistake: When Rey is moving directly towards Teedo on her speeder, she is shown getting right up on top of him a mere feet away before Teedo realises. Then, in the next shot, he suddenly has time to lower his scope, explain loudly, and then jump out of the way, with Rey much further back, allowing him time to move. But she was right on top of him before the angles changed. (00:00:56)

Continuity mistake: When Rey is moving fast towards Teedo on her speeder, he is watching her with his scope/binoculars. His fingertips are suddenly much higher over the side of the scope when it cuts to a frontal angle of him. (00:00:55)

Continuity mistake: Rey has her staff on the side of her bike sticking up in the air when she takes off away from the raider shooting at her. Then, when she is about to ram Teedo but he jumps out of the way, as she's going over the top of the sand dune, her staff has completely vanished from her speeder. (00:00:56)

Continuity mistake: When Rey takes off on her speeder, she sets her staff hanging off the side, and it's sticking up really high. When Teedo is looking at her through his scope, it's suddenly much lower on her bike. It goes from sticking up high to positioned low. (00:00:52)

Continuity mistake: Rey jumps onto her speeder as the last raider pulls a blaster and starts shooting. As she speeds away, her bike kicks up a cloud of sand, and a blaster bolt flies over her shoulder after the dust has already formed. In the next shot, however, the sand cloud hasn't formed yet, and the raider is only just standing up to aim and fire. The shot then rings out with the bolt passing her before the dust cloud appears. Continuity mistake: When Ahsoka picks up the map orb and is looking at it closely for the first time, her mouth is closed. Then, when it cuts to the next angle, suddenly her lips are pursed and her mouth is slightly open with her top front two teeth showing. (00:11:42)

Continuity mistake: When the security cameras are shown watching Kleya walk through the hospital, she is walking with a bandaged wounded hand sticking up, and this is shown in most of the camera feeds as well. Except in one shot, she's shown walking with her hands down; then her wounded hand is sticking up once again in the next shot. (00:26:17)

In the side view, Juliana is looking more forward but with her eyes cast down as she listens. Then, in the next shot from further away, Juliana is now looking directly at Caroline with her head turned. (00:16:54)
