Character mistake: A NASA scientist calls a DHS domestic-terror analyst to report strange global storms... wrong chain of contact. Weather/anomaly alerts would route to NOAA/Air Force/USSF, not DHS counterterrorism over Teams. She then claims "all our NASA satellites are blind." If that were true, it would affect multiple U.S. agencies and commercial constellations worldwide and trigger an immediate high-level crisis response, not a casual call. Why is a NASA rep calling DHS about storm phenomenon? (00:02:35)

Character mistake: The Georgetown University camera feed for "Faith" lists irrelevant personal info like "Mark Goodman - Baby Daddy" alongside "Biomedical Research," while showing "Threat Analysis - Unclear." If she's not flagged as a threat, why is she being tracked at all? And why is gossip-level relationship info in an intel overlay?

Character mistake: If you go into the cave, there's a bundle of dynamite waiting to be lit and blown up. You're supposed to have a specific item to summon fire before you can light it. However, if you have bought the character Haskell from the shop, he's a being literally made of fire. Yet being made of fire, he still can't light the dynamite fuse without the special item.

Character mistake: The Fire Bat variant of the Bat and the Gamma Worm variant of the Worm are both listed as Fire Types in the bestiary and count towards the tasks of "Kill fire type enemies" in quests. However, the actual Wildfire enemies, which are literally made out of fire, are not considered fire types and don't count towards fire type kill quests.

Character mistake: The Predator is jumping through trees, then landing in a creek, splashing in the water. Its cloak barely flashes for a moment, then it can walk through the water still cloaked. This is a prequel to the other Predator movies, where it is already established that with their cloaking technology, even in the future, walking in water or getting wet disrupts the cloak and it malfunctions. Character mistake: In the movies, the new car was always referred to as the 6000 SUX. However, in the new game, every character always says it wrong as SUX 6000.

Character mistake: On the second day when Mr. Higsby is introduced to the class, Mayl states that Higsby is "weird." However, "weird" is misspelled as "wierd".

Character mistake: Galahad claims that classifies Brogues as being 'mutually exclusive' from Oxfords. Broguing is any decorative hole punching on shoes and can be found on any shoe style.

Character mistake: When giving Eggsy a tour, Galahad tells him that Oxfords are any formal shoe with open lacing. This is incorrect as Oxfords have closed lacing.

Character mistake: In the Archives for Memory 2484 of Ace Visconti, the text reads that Mika hits Ace with a slashing right hook, and then drops him with another devastating right hook. This is evidently a mistake in the text as The Observer narrating it says she downs him with a devastating "left" hook, not right, despite the text saying right for the second punch.

The Ones We Leave Behind - S1-E12

Character mistake: After Gao and two of her men walk by in the warehouse, Matt jumps down at attacks one of the guys. The other guy is behind with a sub machine gun in his hands. While he was walking it he carried it partly pointed down to the ground like normal. Once the other guy was jumped, he begins to fire, but the actor continues to point the gun down at the floor like this shooting the ground no where near anybody. He only starts to raise it once Matt get's close to look like he gets hit. (00:40:01)

Character mistake: Zordon begins to explain to the Rangers about their powers and then their Zords. At one point, he says "You need only to turn to the power of your Dino Zords." However, the subtitles get it wrong and spell it as if he's saying "Dinosaurs" instead of Dino Zords which is what he says. (00:10:38)

Character mistake: After the male dragon has swooped by and destroyed Van Zan's convoy, there is a scene of Alex running through the fire up to him sitting there. After she asks "Where are the soldiers?", the subtitles for the DVD show the lines being spoken "One Pass. He flew over just once." while Van Zan is opening his hand up in a close up to let go of some ash. However nobody is actually saying these words. Turn the volume all the way up, and there is still nobody actually saying this. It's as if these lines were removed without the person in charge of the subtitles being told. Or were removed after he finished the subtitles. (01:11:27)

Character mistake: As one of Rita's goons is helping her out of her prison, she complains that he made her step in a puddle right outside of her canister. However, they are on the moon, so there is no way there is a puddle she could have stepped in. (00:01:44)

Character mistake: On the mailbox where Linus delivers his letter, on the side of the Mailbox is written "U.S Mail." That should be on the letter, not the mailbox. There should also be a period after the S making it U.S. Mail.

Character mistake: A newspaper is shown saying "Girls Body Found" as plural when it should be "Girl's Body Found" as a possessive.

Character mistake: When Jeebs is showing them his deneuralizer and it shorts out a moment, he states he's still running off the 6.0. However the computer display shows he's using the beta 0.93.

Character mistake: After Santa gives the children new clothes, Ray says that he and the mother can now raise the 9 children. The mother points out that they only have 2, but he points to the group of orphans to include them. However that makes only 7 children.

Character mistake: Characters will often tell other characters information they already know or overload them with far more information than they need or would even be natural to say or come up in conversation simply for the sake of exposition for the audience.

Character mistake: People almost never say goodbye when hanging up phones, even at times any normal person would 'sign off' in some way.
