Continuity mistake: Hydell (the crazy brother) locks The Warden in the airlock. He begins to write "BI BI" in the condensation on the glass. The positioning of the letter 'I' in the first "BI" changes as the camera switches inside the airlock. It is now touching the first letter 'B'. Also the second letter 'B' is now much neater. Arrow on the Doorpost - S3-E13

Continuity mistake: In the final scene of the episode, Rick and Hershel are talking while looking out over the prison yard. Near the end of the conversation, Rick squarely faces Hershel and says "I'm hoping you could talk me out of it." The camera then changes to Hershel, and Rick is now immediately facing 90° to his left looking over the yard. When the camera changes back to Rick, he is now looking directly at Hershel.

As the camera pans to the right, crew members are visible in the reflection of the vehicle's black door. Continuity mistake: Niles York and Prudence drive in the tunnel with their car's headlights on. When the car stops the headlights are still on. As Prudence moves around the front of the car, the headlights are now off. There is a final wide shot of the car and the tunnel as they pass through a doorway and now the headlights are turned on again.

Continuity mistake: Claudette and Dutch are questioning a man in a leather jacket about his involvement in a meth lab. Claudette passes the man a photo, he doesn't recognise the girl, tosses it back across the table and Claudette reaches for it with her right hand. The shot changes and now the photo is in Claudette's left hand as she sets it down. (00:30:50)

Continuity mistake: Aceveda and Vic are interrogating a man about the 'Narco Corrido' murders. Aceveda pushes the man into the corner of the room and begins to kick him. He get about six good kicks in before Vic diffuses the situation. After, Aceveda storms out of The Barn in anger, and Vic views the recording from the interrogation room. The footage is inconsistent as to what transpired earlier, in fact it is an entirely different take. Aceveda only manages about two kicks before Vic says "Enough, enough" - this and the rest of the dialogue is also conflicting. (00:29:30)

Continuity mistake: As Vic, Lem and Ronnie are talking to the two men at the table, they restrain the men (seemingly only Juan is handcuffed, with his arms behind him - Ronnie seems to only pin one of the other men's arms behind him). After Vic, Lem and Ronnie walk away, at no point do they undo at least Juan's handcuffs, but immediately the two men are rubbing their freed hands. (00:21:40)

Continuity mistake: During the fight scene between Shane and Tavon, the stereo speakers get knocked off the shelf. After they crash into the wall, and a picture falls off, they tackle each other and fall to the ground. As they tackle each other, we get a shot of the floor at the bottom of the shelf and there are no speakers there. Later when Mara comes into the room, as she picks up the iron, the speakers are visible in the background. (00:40:40)

Continuity mistake: When the wife begins to slap her husband's body and face repeatedly after discovering he slept with a child, the man's facial expression changes instantly between shots. Visible crew/equipment: During Vic and Shane's interrogation with a young man wearing a red shirt with a large number two on it, Shane is standing with his arms out and both of his hands are on the edge of table. There are a series of camera shots taken from underneath Shane's arms. In two of these shots, you can see both of Shane's hands on the table, yet another hand appears in the top left of the screen. It seems the cameraman is trying to shield the sunlight from his eyes/the camera. (00:32:20)

Continuity mistake: After Vic and Shane try the "smoke-out" and the suspect flees, Vic begins chase. When the suspect is climbing a wooden gate to escape Vic, Vic crashes through the gate and tackles the suspect. Watch as Vic crashes through the gate, the gate swings open to its left, is intact, and still attached to its hinges. In the next shot Vic and the felon have both landed on the gate, which somehow is underneath them both. Also, when Vic falls, he falls on the victim's right side with their backs facing toward the camera. After the shot change, they are now on the gate, and facing opposite to how they should be.
