Continuity mistake: Francis is putting on his tie in preparation for his interview with Spinella on TV. While tying a Double Windsor, he is seen pulling the tie up and through the knot twice.

Continuity mistake: During the runway scene, Shaw's vehicle is seen fitted with HID type headlights (bluish tinge). Yet during the sweeping wide angle shots and when Shaw drives into the cargo plane, the lights are a standard yellow.

Continuity mistake: During the chase scene on the bridge involving the tank, two cars (silver Toyota Corolla hatchback, licence NE34 12 and a black VW Bora, licence NU67 67) appear during many shots, often travelling in different directions on the bridge and either ahead or behind the chase.

Continuity mistake: When Rory reads the first page of the manuscript found in the old briefcase, there is handwriting on the back of the first page facing the camera. The shot changes to the typed text and the handwriting cannot be seen through the paper. A few more pages into the story, handwriting can slightly be seen through a page that has nothing written on the back of it as seen by the camera.

Continuity mistake: During the scene where Daniella and Clay are enjoying a glass of wine together and she is revealing how much she knows about him, Daniella's left hand/arm positions change continually throughout the shots, from on the chair arm to playing with her hair/alongside her face.

The Bear and the Maiden Fair - S3-E7

Continuity mistake: Jamie is getting his stump tended to and some white ointment is rubbed onto it before it is rebandaged. Before the bandage is placed however, the ointment disappears.

Continuity mistake: When Jack reverses aggressively out of the motel car park onto the road, he steers the car to his left and drives down the road, not leaving any tyre marks. In the next shot, the police cars exit the car park sliding out onto the road to their right, following tyre marks which have magically appeared, presumably from a previous take of that action.

Continuity mistake: Gideon hitches his horse behind a bush at the railway camp. The horse doesn't have a brand on its left rear. When the railroad foreman sees the horse, he recognises it because of a large letter 'M' stamped on the horse's flesh.

Continuity mistake: Eden's hand and arm positions change between shots during the final scene in the movie, when she is kissing Adam.

Continuity mistake: During the first few shots, when Nick first climbs out onto the ledge, the number on the roof of the white bus changes from 3438 to 3173.

Continuity mistake: Ewan and Mark are seen drawing their guns outside of Paul's house with silencers on. As they enter the house, the silencers are off. Once Ewan is upstairs, and Mark goes outside to look for Paul, they are back on the guns.

Continuity mistake: Ewan begins to chase Ash out of the kitchen and through a corridor. Ash tips over a pile of stacked chairs which fall and block the width of the corridor, but could easily be climbed/jumped over. However, Ewan paces the length of the corridor as if the chairs are not there.

Continuity mistake: When Paul starts to undress the whore, the vodka bottle label is facing the camera. After Ewan turns the lights back on, the label is facing away from the camera, even though no one has touched it.

Continuity mistake: As Ewan is holding the blade to the whore's cheek, her hair is not across her face. Yet when he is about to release her from his grip, there is a large lock of hair across her face which appears instantly.

Continuity mistake: The chronology of the date stamp used during the police camera footage is accurate, starting from 04/11/11 and ending at 08/17/11. However, officer Taylor fills out his paperwork after a bust dated 8/19/12.

Continuity mistake: Hydell (the crazy brother) locks The Warden in the airlock. He begins to write "BI BI" in the condensation on the glass. The positioning of the letter 'I' in the first "BI" changes as the camera switches inside the airlock. It is now touching the first letter 'B'. Also the second letter 'B' is now much neater. Arrow on the Doorpost - S3-E13

Continuity mistake: In the final scene of the episode, Rick and Hershel are talking while looking out over the prison yard. Near the end of the conversation, Rick squarely faces Hershel and says "I'm hoping you could talk me out of it." The camera then changes to Hershel, and Rick is now immediately facing 90° to his left looking over the yard. When the camera changes back to Rick, he is now looking directly at Hershel.

Continuity mistake: Niles York and Prudence drive in the tunnel with their car's headlights on. When the car stops the headlights are still on. As Prudence moves around the front of the car, the headlights are now off. There is a final wide shot of the car and the tunnel as they pass through a doorway and now the headlights are turned on again.

Continuity mistake: Claudette and Dutch are questioning a man in a leather jacket about his involvement in a meth lab. Claudette passes the man a photo, he doesn't recognise the girl, tosses it back across the table and Claudette reaches for it with her right hand. The shot changes and now the photo is in Claudette's left hand as she sets it down. (00:30:50)

Safe - S3-E7

Continuity mistake: Aceveda and Vic are interrogating a man about the 'Narco Corrido' murders. Aceveda pushes the man into the corner of the room and begins to kick him. He get about six good kicks in before Vic diffuses the situation. After, Aceveda storms out of The Barn in anger, and Vic views the recording from the interrogation room. The footage is inconsistent as to what transpired earlier, in fact it is an entirely different take. Aceveda only manages about two kicks before Vic says "Enough, enough" - this and the rest of the dialogue is also conflicting. (00:29:30)
