Revealing mistake: When the coward is being branded using a red hot poker, you can see that the metal 'C' hasn't been heated at all when it is brought next to his face. Compare it to when they tested it on a piece of wood beforehand. The poker is also covered in a really fake-looking red paint. (02:02:55)

Bob Roberts (1992)
Revealing mistake: When Bob Roberts falls off his motorbike, if you watch closely after he falls he gets up and faces to his right before the camera pans away. When the camera pans back a few seconds later, he's lying down again. It's obvious that the stuntman and Tim Robbins switched during this time, each hiding behind the parked car. (00:49:40)

Top Secret! (1984)
Revealing mistake: When Chocolate Mousse throws the anchor with the rope attached into the air, if you watch the ground when they run away, you can see that there's suddenly a lot more rope there, revealing that it was filmed in two takes and the anchor wasn't really thrown directly above their heads. Flash Gordon (1980)
Revealing mistake: Just after Vultan evacuates War Rocket Ajax leaving Flash on board, there is a shot of the rocket heading towards the camera. There is a green-tinted box surrounding it that the special effects team forgot to remove, after it had been rendered against the background. (01:36:05)

Total Recall (1990)
Revealing mistake: When Quaid throws the bullet-ridden body down the escalator, you can see Richter and Helm have both been replaced by stuntmen. Their hairstyles are totally different. You can also see that the 'dead' man is still alive as he's flying through the air (slow motion helps). (00:29:55)

Galactica Discovers Earth: Part 1 - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: When Troy and Dillon land on Earth, they take their bikes onto the freeway. They're followed by a large group of curious bikers. When two of the bikers move alongside Troy and Dillon and start talking to them, it's obvious that all four bikes are now mounted on a trailer, instead of riding on the road. Easiest way to tell is that their heads are higher up than the other bikers and the front wheel isn't turning.

The Caves of Androzani - S21-E6
Revealing mistake: It's already been mentioned that Peri bounces off a mattress, but watch what happens when the Doctor walks over to see if she's all right. The 'cave' floor visibly moves under his foot.

A.P.E.X. (1994)
Revealing mistake: When people disappear because of the time paradox, the background changes. This is especially noticeable when Johnson disappears, watch the lights on the panel behind her go out. (00:13:35)

A.P.E.X. (1994)
Revealing mistake: When the team are heading back to base and we see the skyline for the first time, it's obviously a painting projected onto a blue screen. You can see the line where the set and the screen meet. There is also a white line running across the bottom of the screen. (00:24:50)

Revealing mistake: When the Hawkmen start their attack on Ajax, in one shot you can definitely see the wires that support them. (01:27:20)

The Caves of Androzani - S21-E6
Revealing mistake: When Stotz cuts a hole in his ship's door, you can see that the inside of it is made of white polystyrene. They painted the outside of it but obviously forgot about the inside. Also listen to the sound it makes when Stotz punches the hole through - it sounds exactly like polystyrene.
