Corrected entry: When Sandra reaches the Soyuz space capsule she turns the oxygen 'on' by turning the red knobs counter-clockwise. When she turns the oxygen off she turned the knobs clockwise. But when she turns the oxygen back on she turns the knobs clockwise again. (01:01:50 - 01:06:20)

Escape from the Planet of the Apes (1971)
Corrected entry: When Zira is being interrogated, she says that the planet was destroyed in 3950 or something. The interrogator, later tells the President that the Earth was destroyed in 3955. In the original Planet Of The Apes, the ships display at the beginning of the movie shows that Taylor and his men crash landed in the year 3978. This would have been over 20 years later. Yet the planet was blown up in Beneath The Planet of the Apes at the end of the movie. So the timeline is impossible. (00:43:25)
Correction: Now although, the chronometer on Taylor's ship said it crash landed on Earth in 3978, it was stated on one of the corrections in the corrections page from the original Planet of the Apes movie that the chronometer could have easily malfunctioned and got the wrong date as the stasis tubes were also malfunctioning. Planet of the Apes and Beneath the Planet of the Apes both did in fact take place in 3955. When Cornelius, Zira and Milo rebuilt Taylor's ship, the chronometer probably adjusted back to 3955 since it was fixed properly. No impossible timeline here.

The Simpsons Movie (2007)
Corrected entry: Near the end, Chief Wiggum says "It's amazing no one got hurt." But earlier, when the dome was lowered onto the town, there was a man who got crushed when he couldn't decide whether to escape or stay.
Correction: We have no way of knowing if Chief Wiggum even knew about the man getting crushed earlier on.

The Simpsons Movie (2007)
Corrected entry: When Homer pretends to have a chainsaw and the hands come back to grab him, three more hands have appeared out of nowhere at the top of the screen.
Correction: As Homer is doing a chainsaw impression, we can see the top of the shot is the wood planks Homer hammered into the wall. The next shot shows, the three extra arms above the wood planks showing us the arms were actually there the whole time, but the arms were just out of shot.

The Simpsons Movie (2007)
Corrected entry: When Homer gets stuck in the sink hole, He says "Uh-Oh" but his mouth doesn't match what he says. (00:35:25)
Correction: During the second "Oh", you can just make out his mouth moving, which would have been enough to make his mouth match up with what he says.

Doctor Who (2005)
Corrected entry: During the part where Elton is describing his first time seeing the Doctor in the downstairs of his house, he states he is 3 or 4 years old, however the Doctor they show is the 10th Doctor, David Tennant, when it should be the 9th Doctor, Christopher Eccelston, since that scene was a flashback of most likely around 20 years ago, which is before the 9th Doctor reincarnated into the 10th.
Correction: The Doctor is a time traveller though. Even though the flashback occurred 20 years ago, the 10th Doctor obviously travelled from modern day to 20 years back in the TARDIS.

Despicable Me 2 (2013)
Corrected entry: At the beginning of the movie at the secret lab, the first barrel that flies into the air because of the magnetic ship isn't stuck to the ship when it emerges from the clouds.
Correction: When the magnetic ship zooms in on the facility, the barrel is visible on the right hand magnet if you look carefully. It's just hard to see it because the rest of the magnet is giant.

Who Shot Mr. Burns? (2) - S7-E1
Corrected entry: When Smithers realises that he shot Jasper, instead of Mr. Burns, he mentions that he left the meeting early in order to watch Pardon My Zinger. However, in the previous episode, you see him walk out of the meeting with everyone else, very slowly. (00:06:25)
Correction: True, however, everyone stopped walking after exiting the meeting and Smithers continued to walk, so he did leave before anyone else did. He said he left the meeting early probably because he was delirious and couldn't remember it correctly.

Who Shot Mr. Burns? (2) - S7-E1
Corrected entry: Burns' sunblocker was meant to always block out the sun above Springfield. Yet when the Townspeople go to rip the sunblocker down, it is perfect daylight. (00:03:30)
Correction: They weren't actually in Springfield when they ripped it down. The Sunblocker was obviously out of town as shown where the scene where they go to rip it down starts.

The Terminator (1984)
Corrected entry: Watch the third 'future flashback' sequence carefully, particularly any shots that show Kyle charging towards the Terminator firing that oversized plasma weapon. There are at least two instances where you can see plasma bolts going straight through Kyle's body and impacting behind him. (01:12:45)
Correction: The blasts were seen visibly partially missing him, not going through him. This can be noticed if you pause and play each frame.

Star Trek Into Darkness (2013)
Corrected entry: Enterprise and Vengeance's battle forces the Enterprise to drop out of warp 237,000 KM from earth. If the Vengeance hadn't damaged the Enterprise, when were they planning to drop out of Warp? At light speed, even a few more seconds of travel would have taken Enterprise way past Earth. (01:17:05)
Correction: We have no way of knowing how much longer they were going to spend in warp if the Vengeance hadn't damaged the Enterprise. For all we know the Enterprise was only going to spend another half second in warp. That could have easily gotten them right next to Earth.

How I Met Your Mother (2005)
Corrected entry: When Robin steps out of her front door to give Ted directions, she wraps her cardigan around herself. In the next shot the cardigan is instantly open, and she wraps it around herself again. (00:18:15)
Corrected entry: In the beginning of the film, Batman and Superman get in an elevator and turn to face the doors. Batman is on the right, and Superman on the left. When the doors close and they talk for a moment, they are still in this same position. But when the door opens again to let them out, suddenly they have switched. Superman on the right, and Batman now on the left. (00:03:20)
Corrected entry: The Deconstructor is supposed to rip apart any shiny black object. Joker first uses it on Batman's car when Batman is chasing Lex's truck. His car is ripped apart by the blast as it should be. But Batman is unharmed by the Deconstructor. But his is also shiny and black. Yet later it does start to work on him after Joker makes the people want to vote him president. (00:38:50 - 00:59:10)
Correction: Even though we are told the Deconstructor rips apart LEGO objects, we are never told if it could rip apart more than one LEGO object at the same time. The Deconstructor probably wouldn't have harmed Batman because it was already ripping apart the Batmobile. The reason for the Deconstructor ripping Batman later in the scene where the Joker makes Gotham vote for him is because there was only one thing there for the Deconstructor to rip apart. Batman, himself. It's most likely that the Deconstructor can only rip apart one LEGO object at a time, the first one it comes into contact with.

Monsters, Inc. (2001)
Corrected entry: In the scene when Mike, Sully, and Boo were all hiding from Randall in the bathroom, all three of them are standing on the toilet in the same stall. They look straight ahead and see Randall using the sink in front of a mirror. But, a minute later Randall is busting open the door to each stall. When he hits their stall door open, he is looking the other way, and doesn't see them. Yet he would have seen their reflection in the mirror. I realize that Randall's eyes were not looking straight ahead into the mirror. But, where he was looking, he would have easily seen a huge, bright blue and green monster. (00:40:10)
Correction: His eyes weren't looking directly into the mirror and looking the other way, yes. But if his eyes were looking that direction, his eyes would only be focusing in the specific direction he was looking at. He wouldn't be paying attention to anything else.

Monsters, Inc. (2001)
Corrected entry: When Mike and Sully first come to the work, you can see two big monsters who talk near the reception, but Cilia is not there. But when they come closer, she is there.
Correction: She's not gone when they enter. One of the monsters is in the way, making it hard to see her.

Skyfall (2012)
Corrected entry: The scene where M walks to see Mr Silva, after his capture. She walks through an open armor door that is about 65 degrees open but when she walks through the door is open 90 degrees and the door was never touched.
Correction: How could the door have been 65 degrees or 90 degrees? The door was a slide open door, not a push open door.

Skyfall (2012)
Corrected entry: In the opening car-driving scenes, Moneypenny is wearing her seatbelt, then she isn't, then she is.
Correction: The seat belt was there the whole time. She has her seat belt on when she picks up Bond. When they stop in the market, she then gets down and takes off her seat belt. She starts driving and doesn't have it on. The scene cuts to Bond and Patrice's chase along the Grand Bazaar. When the scene cuts back to Eve, she has her seat belt. However, loads of time had passed during the chase which gave her plenty of opportunity to put the seat belt back on. She was wearing a seat belt throughout the entire train sequence.

Correction: First, Ryan never turned the oxygen on at any point before she went to turn the oxygen off. Also, I watched this scene and she definitely turned the knobs counter-clockwise when she went to turn the oxygen off. She then turns the knobs clockwise to turn the oxygen back on, which makes sense.
