Continuity mistake: When Lister takes the milk from his locker, keep an eye on his duvet. In the next shot when he pours the milk, it has moved and is hanging down from his bunk. This was near The End of the episode and can be seen over Rimmer's shoulder while they are talking in the drive room. Psirens - S6-E1

Other mistake: Kryten places Rimmer's light bee on the floor, then begins the process of reinitialising him. As the process finishes and Rimmer looks at Lister (who looks away), the light bee, which should be hovering within his torso projecting his image, is still visible on the floor between his feet. Visible crew/equipment: In the medi-bay, when Rimmer says, "How about an anal reading?" a yellow microphone appears above his head. (You can see this if you watch the dvd on your pc, as some tv's can cut off the edge of the picture). (00:11:00)
