Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the movie Rosemary, Guy and the building manager walk up the steps of the Dakota and all look forward as they wait in front of the elevator. In the next shot the building manager is looking in the opposite direction at Rosemary and Guy. (00:02:40)

Continuity mistake: Before she goes into labor Rosemary and Guy's alarm clock above their bed reads 9:30 throughout the scene, but when Dr. Sapirstein injects her with a sedative and she goes into labor the wrist watch that the man on the right of the screen is wearing gives another time which is 11:15. Continuity mistake: The building manager lets them into the apartment and Rosemary and Guy stand in the hallway as he closes the door behind them. In the next shot Rosemary is already in the kitchen. (00:03:50)

Continuity mistake: After the birth, Dr. Sapirstein injects her twice with sedatives but when we see Rosemary's arm as she is recuperating there are no burses or marks that we can see where she received the shots. (02:00:45)

Continuity mistake: Before she enters their apartment and sees her baby, Rosemary walks back to the closet that connects her apartment with the Castevet's and as she opens the door we see yellow linens on the top shelf. Several shots before as she takes the shelves down these yellow linens fell on her head and were not put back on the shelf. (02:05:25 - 02:07:40)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary walks into the party holding a knife and we see Guy talking to Minnie who is sitting next to a table full of gifts. Next time we see the table two shots later the gifts have been moved without anyone going near them. (02:08:45)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary goes to the kitchen and gets a knife and proceeds back to the closet that connects her apartment with the Castevet's. When she left the closet before getting the knife the shelves were stacked against the doorframe, but now as she returns the shelves are neatly stacked against the far wall. (02:05:25 - 02:07:35)

Continuity mistake: In order to fool the witches Rosemary takes the pills that they give her and sticks them between a brick and the middle shelf of her head board. When we first see this spot the bricks are flush with the shelf but in the next shot the shelf has been moved out about three-quarters of an inch past the bricks. (02:03:50)

Continuity mistake: As she sits waiting for Dr. Sapirstein, Rosemary picks up a TIME Magazine with the cover story "Is God Dead" (April 8,1966) which has a red border and white lettering on top. In the next shot if you look very closely she's reading another magazine that has a red border and yellow lettering. (01:40:40)

Continuity mistake: The morning after the birth Rosemary wakes up and startles Laura-Louise, and the face of the clock behind the bed is lit up. In the next shot as she looks at it's not lit up. It's also ticking yet the second hand doesn't move. (01:59:25)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary goes into labor and the pillowcase on her bed has flowers on it. In the next shot when she wakes up even though she's still wearing the same dress, the pillow cases are different now having yellow and white stripes. (01:58:50)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary goes to the kitchen and gets a knife out of the holder with the remaining knives visibly crooked. In the next shot as she walks out of the kitchen they are straightened out. (02:06:50)

Continuity mistake: In Dr. Hill's examining room Dr. Sapirstein reaches down and picks up Rosemary's bottle of pills from the white chair and we get a good close-up of his watch which reads 6:30. We know this can't be right because Dr. Hill and Rosemary met after 8:00. (01:52:20)

Continuity mistake: After she sees the baby, Roman says to Rosemary, "His power is stronger than stronger…" and the clock on the back wall reads 8:20. Two shots later we see Laura-Louise's wrist watch and it reads 6:07. (02:10:55)

Continuity mistake: Minnie gives Rosemary a cup of Lipton's tea as she sits in a chair in front of a book case. We first saw these books when Rosemary sat down and they were all vertical, but then when she gets the cup of tea the books in both shelves are slanting to the left. (02:11:20 - 02:13:20)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary believes that her baby is still alive and when Laura-Louise takes back the tray from her, Rosemary puts a dirty spoon into the glass of breast milk to see her reaction. In the next shot Laura-Louise holds up the spoon but there's nothing on it. (02:04:35)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary opens her suitcase and hands a red book to the doctor. If you look closely, the dress she's wearing has sleeves and is a different one then the previous shot, which is sleeveless. (01:47:45)

Continuity mistake: As they are chasing her, Rosemary gets back into the apartment and looks up Elise Dunstan's phone number in her phone book. The last four digits of the phone number are 2012, but if you look at her as she's dialing, that's not the number she phones. (01:55:55)

Continuity mistake: There's no indication that Rosemary has been reading or even opened up her suitcase while she went from Dr. Sapirstein's office to Dr. Hill, but when she packed her suitcase the red book was on top, now in Doctor Hill's office she opens the suitcase and the red book is on the bottom.
