Continuity mistake: Carmen Sternwood walks down the steps and picks up and looks at the mail when she first spots Marlowe. If you look at the handles on the side of the flowerpot you'll see that the centerpiece of roses on the table is rotated and rearranged between shots. (00:01:35)

Continuity mistake: Before she enters their apartment and sees her baby, Rosemary walks back to the closet that connects her apartment with the Castevet's and as she opens the door we see yellow linens on the top shelf. Several shots before as she takes the shelves down these yellow linens fell on her head and were not put back on the shelf. (02:05:25 - 02:07:40)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary walks into the party holding a knife and we see Guy talking to Minnie who is sitting next to a table full of gifts. Next time we see the table two shots later the gifts have been moved without anyone going near them. (02:08:45)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary goes to the kitchen and gets a knife and proceeds back to the closet that connects her apartment with the Castevet's. When she left the closet before getting the knife the shelves were stacked against the doorframe, but now as she returns the shelves are neatly stacked against the far wall. (02:05:25 - 02:07:35)

Continuity mistake: In order to fool the witches Rosemary takes the pills that they give her and sticks them between a brick and the middle shelf of her head board. When we first see this spot the bricks are flush with the shelf but in the next shot the shelf has been moved out about three-quarters of an inch past the bricks. (02:03:50)

Continuity mistake: As she sits waiting for Dr. Sapirstein, Rosemary picks up a TIME Magazine with the cover story "Is God Dead" (April 8,1966) which has a red border and white lettering on top. In the next shot if you look very closely she's reading another magazine that has a red border and yellow lettering. (01:40:40)

Deliberate mistake: Rosemary believes that her baby is alive and proceeds to the closet that connects her apartment with the Castevet's and it takes well over a minute, and a bit of noise for her to undo the shelves. Dr. Sapirstein and Guy would have had to do the exact same thing when they broke into the apartment in the previous scene but it took them less than thirty seconds including the time it took to get into the Castevet's apartment from the hallway. Continuity mistake: The morning after the birth Rosemary wakes up and startles Laura-Louise, and the face of the clock behind the bed is lit up. In the next shot as she looks at it's not lit up. It's also ticking yet the second hand doesn't move. (01:59:25)
