Factual error: When the woman is giving birth, they show the baby just after they finally got her out. The baby is clean, no blood and other signs of a recent birth are visible. This is especially unlikely since the doctors had to "cut her open" to liberate the baby from the birth channel.

Continuity mistake: When the clones are in Lincoln's house he takes a drink. When he picks up the bottle, we see the label, but when starts to drink, the label isn't visible anymore and the time is too short to turn it.

Continuity mistake: When Troy (as Travolta) is about to defuse the bomb, watch the timer, it goes down too slowly for the time elapsed. It shows 1:14 and 28 seconds later it only shows 1:04, not 0:46 as it should. (00:58:45)

Deliberate mistake: When they fight in the hangar and Troy is thrown back by the jet engine, his face and other parts of his body should have been burnt quite heavily. Such a jet engine has temperatures higher than 450°C about 5 meters away, and Troy is even closer than that.

Continuity mistake: When they are driving behind the truck, a flat piece of metal falls off. Shortly before it hits the car it is "flying" horizontal (20°) however in the next shot, when it hits the car it is suddenly vertical (90°). No time between the two shots for that immense change. Continuity mistake: During the premonition when the girl on the chopper shows her boobs, the guy on the left gives the joint to the other one, however in the next shot, he is holding it again.

Continuity mistake: When Evan is coming home to his flat, look at the marbles near the toy ambulance. When the camera pans over it and later when Evan steps on one, their positions are different.

Continuity mistake: When they crash in the SUV, the piece of wood in the car changes in length and shape.

Continuity mistake: When Evan comes into the flat and walks towards the window, pay attention to the sink, there is a red cup or something in it. However when his arm gets stuck in it, there is nothing red in the sink, and there was no time for him to take anything out of the sink.

Continuity mistake: Near the end after Hitch jumped on the Mini when they are talking; watch behind Sara, the car disappears and reappears several times. (01:45:00)

Continuity mistake: The plane that takes off and explodes isn't a Boeing 747. It should be because that's what they boarded.

Audio problem: In the start credits when the aircraft touches down, you hear the main landing-gear squeak (twice, as the pilot doesn't touchdown simultaneously) but you never hear the squeak of the nosegear.

Continuity mistake: While in the chamber Isherwood shows his glove and says it is eating them. We see him looking through his helmet at the glove and it is covered in foam, however in the next shot from the outside, there is no foam at all. (00:09:55)

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Chase is entering her password she goes for the first letter on the keyboard. Her little finger is at the right end of the space bar and her index finger is hitting the key. When the shot changes to the close-up of her hand, the little finger is in the area of the CTRL key and the middle finger is the one which hits a key, in the area of the m or comma key. (00:33:15)

Continuity mistake: When Gates takes out the champagne glass after making the fingerprints visible, the time on his watch changes from 9:11 to half past something. (00:38:45)

Continuity mistake: When Gates and Riley are talking in front of the Lincoln Memorial, the clouds in the background change. It would be possible that they change so quickly during the shots, but only if there was a gale and not sunny weather as it is in the movie. (00:27:00)

Continuity mistake: When Riley is in the Subway to install the video feed, he places his laptop on a table. On its left side there is a little antenna. When the laptop is on the ground, the antenna is horizontal. In the next shot, the antenna is already folded out in a 45° angle. (00:30:05)

Trivia: In the scene where Evey gets her hair cut, it was Natalie Portman's real hair they cut. They had only one shot to capture that scene, and everybody was quite nervous if the scene would turn out usable.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie when Ben and Andie have met for the first time and they are outside of the restaurant, Ben gives her the 'goofy' helmet he threads the strap through the clip only once, in the next shot it is threaded perfectly in the clip to fasten the helmet.

Visible crew/equipment: When the first train wheel falls down you can see a cord attached to it, in the next shot the cord is gone. (01:17:50)
