2 Fast 2 Furious (2003)

Corrected entry: Right after Brian hands the money over to Tej at the first race, he walks over to his car and it seems that he's about to get into the car. But MUCH later we actually see him approaching his car again, opening the door, spotting Monica and getting in. (00:06:00)

Correction: If it seems like he is going to get into his car, he might get distracted by something off camera then walks back and spots Monica.

Corrected entry: In the last scene when Brian and Dom are racing the quarter mile and after they go past the train, when Dom hits the big truck, you can see the stunt ramp. You can see it if you look under the truck wheels.

Correction: I just viewed this scene very carefully and no ramp is visible.

Corrected entry: When Brian arrives to Race wars, two big security guys stop him and one says, "Welcome to Race wars." His lips are not in sync with the audio as the audio is about a second too early. (01:07:10)

Andreas Winnberg

Correction: The words are not out of sync - I just watched this part 3 times to make sure.

Corrected entry: When Dom, Ja Rule etc are checking out Brian's engine, Ja Rule looks in the engine bay then declares that Brian has "enough NOS to blow himself up". This is impossible for him to tell just by looking at the engine as the NOS bottles are mounted on the back seat. (00:14:00)

Correction: Whilst it is true he says that after looking at the engine, he could have seen beforehand that his Nos is on the back.

2 Fast 2 Furious (2003)

Corrected entry: In the scene where Brian and Rome get out of the customs office and discuss a whole new strategy, Brian calls Tej and asks him for help. Brian is wearing a blue shirt and Rome is wearing a white tank top. In the next scene, Brian and Rome are wearing completely new outfits, but when they have a look at the stored cars, they are wearing the previous outfits again (blue shirt, white tank top). And in the next scene it's the same again: While they are sharing memories at sunset, Brian is wearing his grey shirt again and Rome wears also his previous outfit. (01:07:30 - 01:08:25)

Correction: While it's most likely a mistake, given these are separate scenes there's no definite continuity error here.

Corrected entry: When Rome and Brian go to collect Verone's money there is a grey Dodge parked outside of the trailer home. Just before Enrique opens the door, in the lower left hand corner the cameraman is backing up. (01:12:25)

Correction: It could well be Enrique's partner, Brian or Rome.

2 Fast 2 Furious (2003)

Corrected entry: Even though Roman is "parked so close to the derby" this would not satisfy the house arrest thing. For one you have to have a phone for the ankle bracelet and I doubt that cell phones work, since that would defeat the purpose. (00:20:00)

EMTurbo

Correction: We never see inside Rome's caravan/trailer so he could have a main phone line.

Corrected entry: In the first street race the amount of racers around at the end of the race is less than the number of cars marking out the track. (00:22:00)

Correction: Not everyone is up by Dom and Brian. If you look you can see people all the way down the row of cars.

Ssiscool

Corrected entry: After the end of the first street race when Dom is going on about being a real racer and how it doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile. Behind him is a kid in a black shirt with spiky hair, it then cuts over to Brian and the same kid is behind him. (00:22:38)

Correction: I just watched this and the same people are in the same place depending on the angle. There is someone who looks like the kid behind Brian, who is behind Dom.

Ssiscool

Corrected entry: At the beginning, during the first race scene Toretto pulls away from the white car, so there is now some distance between Toretto and the white car, yet when the camera cuts to a front view, the white car is now magically level with Toretto's bumper or very close to it. (00:18:05)

The-Immortal

Correction: I just watched this part of the film and nothing of the kind happens.

Ssiscool

Corrected entry: When Brian brings Dom back to the fort, Dom talks to Vince about where they were. When Vince says, "That s**t was orchestrated.", he's seen from the side view, but clearly his mouth doesn't move.

Correction: His mouth does move, but it's hard to see due to the shadow.

Ssiscool

Correction: They don't switch sides during this scene.

Ssiscool

Corrected entry: In one of the aerial shots after the first race. The police cars are driving onto the street. If you look closely you can see several police cars parked on the side streets waiting for the cue to pull onto he streets. (00:23:45)

Correction: The police could be deliberately using this tactic, so not a mistake.

Ssiscool

Corrected entry: In the beginning of the movie when Brian is testing out his Eclipse on the track you will notice that the camera view has changed from the passenger seat to the driver's seat. When the camera is in the driver's seat you can tell that Brian is still driving, now on the right-hand side of the car. This can be noticed by the proximity of the door to the driver. (00:03:29)

Correction: It's not changed sides, the camera has just zoomed in more.

Ssiscool

Corrected entry: In the main characters first race against DK, when DK is just drifting into the up ramp in the carpark, his car jumps two-three metres forwards, indicating where the driver has wiped out and they spliced in another scene. (00:30:00)

Correction: At no point does the car jump 3 meters. It's just different angles.

2 Fast 2 Furious (2003)

Corrected entry: In one of the last scenes, Rome says something about "... stay here in Miami to keep you out of trouble bro". There's a close-up of Brian, and Rome's visible in the right corner as he starts to speak, but his mouth doesn't move. (01:33:30)

Correction: Rome only goes "hmm" which dosen't require you to open your mouth. Then when he is out of shot he carries on.

Ssiscool

Corrected entry: In the scene towards the end when Brian and Rome jump onto the back of the boat, Rome complains of a broken arm and Brian hits his head and is holding his forehead with his hand and reveals a bruise. Back on land, the bruise is gone. (01:32:15)

Correction: It's not a bruise it is actually a shadow cast by the way his hands are positioned. This is why it's not visible on land.

2 Fast 2 Furious (2003)

Corrected entry: When Brian is racing the blue muscle car, you can see that the blue car's numberplate is "Year One", but when the "ejecto seato" is being talked about it has a different numberplate. (00:46:15 - 01:09:05)

Correction: The "Year One" plate is only on the front. When racing for the cars, and when adding some extra Nitrous the plates are always "Year One" on the front and normal on the back.

2 Fast 2 Furious (2003)

Corrected entry: In the highway scene, with all of the potential employees racing to the boatyard, just before the shot of the Mustang going between the two trucks, there is a frame or two of a boat being towed on a trailer, then suddenly it's replaced by the Mustang shot. (00:29:50)

Correction: The shot is from the left of the left lorry. It shows the mustang going down the right side of the left lorry meaning it's going between the two. Not a mistake.

2 Fast 2 Furious (2003)

Corrected entry: In the whole sequence where Rome and Brian are racing with the other guys to get to that impound lot, you can see several shots of Brian's feet and his socks are grey. However, when he gets out of the car again, his socks are white. (00:28:00)

Correction: This is due to shadow of the items in the car. This makes it look grey.
