Continuity mistake: When we first see a closeup of Charlie's feet on the beehive he is stood on the actual hive. However the next time we see his feet a few minutes later he's to the side of it so Jack can place the suitcase over it. (00:08:20 - 00:11:50)

Continuity mistake: Just before Locke, Kate, Charlie and Jack head off to the cave for water, the strap on Charlie's holdall flips without anyone touching it. Note the metal clip on the strap that is visible in the first shot and not in the second. (00:02:50)

In the first shot she has her left hand by her side and pointing up with her right hand and then in the next shot has her left hand on her hip and her right arm out in front of her at an angle.
