Other mistake: When Mulder is on his knees in the cafeteria talking to the gunman, there are several shots where you can see the sides of his jacket hanging wide open because of his raised arms, which would make the gun on his belt easily visible to the gunman as he talks to him, but he somehow doesn't see it until he goes to take Mulder's phone.

Other mistake: When the Kingsmen are looking on-screen at the dossier of the princess, the attached photo of her is just a screenshot from the earlier scene where she is at the dining table with Valentine and the Swedish prime minister, just before she is imprisoned. Her photo was not taken at that point, and couldn't have been attached to her private file.

Other mistake: Joe's wife is on the phone for only a couple of seconds both times, there is no time at all for Joe's mother to tell her that she had a visitor that Joe was looking for and that he was an engineer of sorts, she barely had time to say hello.
