Continuity mistake: Rumpelstiltskin looks completely different in this movie than he did in the previous film Shrek The Third; Prince Charming momentarily talks to Rumpelstiltskin in the tavern during the third film, and the character looks completely different, has a different voice and different demeanor.

Continuity mistake: When we first see May just after Paula punches her, she has a vivid purple bruise under her eye. She gets the train home that same day and when she is looking out of the window, the bruise can hardly be seen. Once she is home in bed that night, the bruise is vibrant purple again.

Continuity mistake: When the two little boys dressed as cowboys are breaking things, they smash a car window, which is suddenly intact again in a following shot.

Continuity mistake: The prostitute at the beginning of the film, who is attacked while on a table playing dead for her client, grabs the ceiling fan cord and pulls repeatedly to try and pull herself away from him. The fan, which is directly above her, comes loose and falls, yet when it crashes to the floor, it lands away from the far end of the table, when it should have landed almost directly on top of her.

Continuity mistake: After Gil comes into Frasier's booth to talk following the 'outing' caller, Frasier begins packing his briefcase, then shuts it. Seconds later, it is still open and he shuts it again.

Existence (2) - S8-E21

Continuity mistake: Just before Skinner shoots Alex Krycek in the head, Alex is lying weakly on the ground, having already been shot twice. However, as Skinner makes the kill shot, Alex is suddenly standing and falls to the ground upon impact of the bullet, with no time (or strength) for him to have risen. Also, the last shot of the dead Alex shows his face and his nostrils flare from breathing.

Three Words - S8-E16

Continuity mistake: When Mulder sits at the computer terminal in the census records room, we see two empty boxes on the screen, one for an ID and one for a password. The shot cuts to Mulder, then back to the screen and shows him typing the password, while the ID has already been typed in; it is very long and there wasn't time in between shots or nearly enough clicks of keys for Mulder to have entered that ID.

Hungry - S7-E3

Continuity mistake: After Rob returns to his apartment after throwing out the trash bag with the bloody shirt inside, his mouth starts bleeding and he goes to the bathroom. He removes his false teeth and a few of his real teeth start falling out; he has a small smear of blood on his bottom lip when the camera is looking at him but his mouth is clean when the shot changes to his reflection in the mirror, with no time in between for him to wipe it.

Continuity mistake: Izzy unwraps a peanut butter sandwich and sets it on a bare tree stump as bait for 'the Great Mutato', then he steps away with the others. When we see the Great Mutato hurriedly put it down, a paper bag is suddenly sitting on the stump beside the bitten sandwich.

Where There's Smoke There's Fired - S3-E21

Continuity mistake: When everyone is sitting at the table having dinner, the amount of food on Bebe's plate changes repeatedly. She adds extra food twice, once from the pot and once from Martin's plate, but the difference in portion sizes changes more times than that and without time for it to be eaten. (00:11:05)
