Continuity mistake: After Jason takes Secret Bear's key and seals off the evil spirit's book for good, all of the Care Bears and Cousins who were watching anxiously start cheering and jumping around. Continuity mistake: After Nicholas turns a key to unlock the evil spirit's book, it opens itself to the very middle and emits a powerful sequence of green light rays. Continuity mistake: After Nicholas springs from the trailer to search for magic spell ingredients, he runs over to the nearest garbage can and starts picking. Behind him is a gazebo, and its staircase is located three openings from the right. But later on when Nicholas and Fetuccini are outside talking about friends, take another look at the same gazebo: the staircase has moved all by itself - now it is located five spaces from the right. Continuity mistake: While Grumpy and Good Luck Bear are in Care-a-Lot putting finishing touches on the broken rainbow rescue beam, a cloud quake ruptures the floor beneath their feet and scatters debris all around. After the quake recedes, Grumpy shoots Good Luck Bear an astonished look and, at this point, bits and pieces of the ceiling are visible on either side of the floor's seam. But in the next shot when they both turn their heads to the caring meter outside, no pieces appear anywhere. (00:58:45)

Continuity mistake: When Secret Bear and Friend Bear's cloud mobile circles out of control right above the park, Kim and Jason are shown walking hand in hand on a trail below. But in the next shot when they witness the bears crash into a tree, they're suddenly walking apart from one another. (00:05:10)

Continuity mistake: Once the Care Bears aboard the cloud clipper defeat the evil spirit's bird, it begins sailing towards shore. From back to front, the clipper's rudder is colored red, green and yellow. Continuity mistake: When Tenderheart and the other Care Bears begin sailing through a canyon in the Forest of Feelings, nobody is standing on the cloud Clipper's bow where the star-o-scope is mounted. But moments later after Tenderheart says, "We're going for a ride!", Wish Bear is suddenly there at the bow holding on for dear life as the waters start to rage. (00:42:45)

Continuity mistake: After Fetuccini tells Nicholas to check for any useful items in the magic trunk, he gets to work right away but first needs to light a kerosene lamp on the floor. Once he replaces the lamp's chimney, notice how the knob is pointing to the trunk. A few minutes later in the same room, Nicholas is passed out. Here, the handle now faces in a different direction - towards the table on the opposite side (most noticeable immediately before Tenderheart shouts "Stop!"). (00:08:55 - 00:17:35)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where two boys are chasing Playful Heart Monkey and Friend Bear through the carnival grounds, the one wearing light brown shoes angrily kicks over a box of junk on his way by. But when he runs away in the next shot, he's wearing black shoes instead. (00:53:45)

Continuity mistake: After Hugs and Tugs toy with the rainbow rescue beam, it accidentally transports Kim, Jason, Secret Bear and Friend Bear to the Hall of Hearts. Friend Bear is standing on the platform right behind Jason's left hand as she begins talking to the other Care Bears. In the following shot she says, "Someone brought us here!" but is now standing in front of Jason. (00:11:55)

Continuity mistake: When Grumpy Bear is performing repairs on the rainbow rescue beam, Good Luck Bear directs his attention to the ailing caring meter for a moment. Next, Grumpy slides back underneath the control panel to resume his work - at which point the white patch on his tummy beneath the symbol is visible. After Good Luck generates a four-leaf clover, Grumpy slides out yet again; but now the white patch has turned completely blue. (00:39:00)

Continuity mistake: Share Bear's tummy symbol consists of two straws in a milkshake cup dotted with a couple of small red hearts, as seen near the beginning when Grumpy Bear is working on the rainbow rescue beam. But when the Care Bears and Cousins are gathered around the carousel, Share Bear slides down a pole and walks away. However, in this shot her tummy symbol is missing both hearts. Continuity mistake: During "Care-a-Lot" when Friend and Secret Bear are getting ready to pull away in their cloud mobile, Wish Bear is standing near the driver's side holding her star-o-scope. Behind the scope we can see her shooting star tummy symbol. For a moment the cloud mobile grinds to a halt. But once it's ready for takeoff again, Wish Bear is standing in the same position, only this time her tummy symbol is missing. (00:03:40)

Continuity mistake: In "Nobody Cares Like a Bear," Secret Bear is sporting a blue tuxedo adorned with a small white flower near his left collar. Roughly halfway through the song he slides down a rainbow, landing face-first in the clouds. Continuity mistake: When Nicholas is passed out in Fetuccini's magic trunk, an evil spirit whispers his name twice from within a locked book on the table nearby. Suddenly this book comes into focus, and behind it is a picture hanging on the wall. But after Nicholas asks the spirit how it knows so much, a similar shot of the book now has no picture in the background. (00:14:55)

Continuity mistake: At the cloud clipper's stern is a rainbow rudder, which can be seen as it rises from the river on Care-a-Lot. Continuity mistake: When Kim and Jason are being followed by Nicholas into the fun house, the first obstacle they must negotiate is a series of wooden planks, each having ropes for handles on either side. As Nicholas inches closer, Kim loses her balance and falls down on the last plank, but its left handle is missing in this shot - only to reappear moments later when they make their escape.
