Continuity mistake: When Brenda unplugs the TV because it keeps turning itself on, under the TV in a little compartment you can see three stacks of videos and they are piled up untidily. But when the TV starts to leak, the videos are piled up neatly and also the video cases have changed and the video piles have moved further apart. (00:24:15)

Continuity mistake: When Becca is fighting against the fridge door, beside the fridge is a paper-roll. Between shots the roll changes from having a sheet of paper hanging down, to the paper being rolled up properly. (00:02:30)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy enters the room as Cody is drawing, there's a wide shot of the table, and you can see the crayons around a pile of paper on the table. She then picks up the pile of paper, and as she picks it up, the crayons around the pile are different. (00:12:45)

Continuity mistake: When the 'hood' show up, just before the aliens appear, they all start having a fight. One of the men says 'Your Mama' and he is rolling up a cigarette by his face. But in the next shot, his hands are down by his side, and he's even acquired has a gun in one hand. (01:04:30)

Continuity mistake: When Brenda holds Tabitha back by the head when they fight, Brenda says "That's all" to her, and between shots, Brenda's arm moves from being beside her, with her fist clenched, to behind her, with her hand rested on her back, to beside of her with her fist clenched again. Continuity mistake: When Brenda goes to fetch the popcorn from the living room, the little table she gets the popcorn from has a couch beside it. When she picks the popcorn up the couch is about a foot away from the table, but when Brenda fights Tabitha, the couch is now right beside the table. (00:24:00 - 00:25:30)

Continuity mistake: When George chucks a paint bucket at a cyclist, the man falls off his bike. Between shots, the way the bicycle faces changes. (00:38:10)

Continuity mistake: When Brenda gets kicked by Tabitha, she flies over the couch, and as she does, the cushions on the couch get moved about. But when Cindy goes over to the couch and screams, you can see the cushions are back to being positioned perfect. (00:25:45)

Continuity mistake: When Becca gives Kate the remote control, she tries to switch the TV off, but holds the remote backwards. Kate holds the remote, also with a pen in her hand, but between several shots of her the pen continually disappears then appears in her hand. (00:00:50)

Continuity mistake: When Tom is talking to the Sheriff about his wife, he holds a donut. The way he holds it changes between shots. (00:29:00)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy finds Cody has watched the tape she says 'How could you let him watch the tape?' to George. In one shot she clutches Cody and hugs him, but in the next shot she is standing with her hands by her sides. (00:43:55)

Continuity mistake: The big tub of ice cream that Brenda and Cindy were eating turns itself around, and its lid closes properly, from when Cindy places it down to when Brenda leaves the room. (00:22:25 - 00:23:55)
