Continuity mistake: When Royce kills the Predator at the end, he slices the head off, and it falls backwards, and the body falls forwards. One of the next shots now shows the head to now be in front of the Predator body.

Continuity mistake: When Royce is running around the last Predator hitting him with an axe, the plasma caster on the Predator's shoulder changes from left to right between shots.

Revealing mistake: When Cuchillo is about to be shot by Isabelle, you can see the bullet-hole-effect go off too early, due to bad editing. It's exactly in between that scene, when both actors are from the side, and as the scene changes to where Isabelle is seen from the front. (00:34:25)

Trivia: The creature that hunts down the Doctor before being shot down by the Sniper girl is actually the original design of the Predator that was scrapped during Predator 1 due to issues with the costume and the jungle. The original Predator was supposed to be very slender with backwards knees and long arms, but because of the jungle setting, it was scrapped because the director was unable to make the costume work properly.

Trivia: The famous line from the original Predator "You're one ugly motherf**ker" is included in Predators, but most people have missed it unless they speak Russian. Nikolai says the line before blowing himself up.

Trivia: When the Yakuza guy faces with the Predator, takes his shirt off and cuts himself across the chest, it's almost exactly the same as in the original Predator movie when the Indian guy faces down the Predator, takes his shirt off and cuts himself across the chest. And on both occasions, they die, although Yakuza guy manages to kill the Predator too.

Royce: What's the last thing you remember?
Cuchillo: All of a sudden, there was a light. And then, I was falling.

Isabelle: We need to work as a team.
Cuchillo: Does this look like a team orientated group of individuals to you?

Question: This film tells a little about different clans and how some Predators hunt others (smaller ones, how they ever came to be and are not extinct I'd beyond me). But is it every mentioned anywhere just how Predators are created/born? The films never give an indication towards there being any female Predators. We know Aliens have the Face-Huggers and they spawn Aliens from Humans. What about Predators? Is it ever noted if they do something similar, mate like Humans do or are created using some kind of technology? Always been curious about this, thanks for any answer.

Question: Nikolai comes across the colorful plant, which Edwin identifies to be poisonous, and he even knows its scientific name. But if the plant is known for Edwin, then it must be native to Earth, since there is no reason to believe that the doctor has studied extraterrestrial flora. Why is this plant growing in there? Have the predators maybe prepared the planet to be more "interesting", by adding some toxic plants from another worlds in there?

Question: Does Hanzo have the katana with him from the beginning? My brother thinks he picked it up in Nolan's hideout, but I'm pretty sure a Yakuza would know how to conceal a katana, and in any case, it just makes more sense that way. Which of us is right?
