The Hurricane Heist (2018)

Factual error: The repairman was freeing the soldiers from inside the locked gate using bolt cutters. The terrorist noticed this on the video feed so they electrified the fence, shocking the repairman. This would not have happened because the bolt cutters have plastic handles just for that reason, to keep you from being electrocuted by mistake. (00:54:50)

Other mistake: The hurricane winds blows cars around, but the actors can walk against the wind and climb cellphone towers. Plus the hurricane "eye" hits the town, but trucks ride out on a road with dry leaves and dust.

Continuity mistake: While Casey and Morris are video calling, Casey is holding the iPad perfectly and then suddenly it turns upside-down in a later shot. (00:13:35 - 00:14:42)

Casey: I'm out of bullets!
Will: Well how'd that happen?
Casey: I shot them all.

Will: We're about to get crushed by the biggest storm of the century.

Dixon: Fate works in crazy ways, like when I was sitting in a bar on my own, bitching about my lot in life, and right next to me was another man doing the same thing.
Perkins: What are you telling me this for? I was there, you idiot.

Question: At one point in the movie the fed introduces herself saying she is with ATF. Does ATF handle Treasury? I thought Treasury was handled by the Secret Service. Is this a mistake or am I misinformed?

Question: After the hackers get almost the entire code, they say that if they try to make a mistake the vault would be locked for 48h. Earlier in the movie they tried their obsolete code before discovering that it wasn't working. At that time why didn't the vault lock itself for 48h?
