Factual error: David fills his car with gas and puts the gas cap back on, on the driver's side, but the Subaru Outback's gas cap is actually on the passenger side of his car. (00:14:50 - 00:24:50)
Nebraska (2013)
Directed by: Alexander Payne
Starring: Bruce Dern, Bob Odenkirk, Will Forte, June Squibb
Other mistake: In the closing credits of the film the titles of production coordinator and assistant production coordinator are misspelled as "production coördinator" and "assistant production coördinator" respectively. (01:51:47)
Suggested correction: Although the film was made by an American studio, that is British (and old American) spelling.
I'm British - no it isn't. The point is the umlauts on top of the second O, which isn't how "coordinator" should be spelled.
Suggested correction: For whatever reason, it was done intentionally (which would be the Dutch spelling of the word). Every "coördinator" is spelled that way, which appears at least 8 times in the credits.
Other mistake: When the men are watching the football game on TV between the Bears and Lions, the audio is from the Bears radio network and not from a TV broadcast.
Woody Grant: I won a million dollars.
ER Doctor: Congratulations, that'll just about pay for a day in the hospital.
Receptionist: Does he have Alzheimer's?
David Grant: No, he just believes what people tell him.
Receptionist: That's too bad.
David Grant: Well, why did you have kids, then?
Woody Grant: I like to screw, and your mother's a Catholic, so you figure it out.
Question: Did Woody really drive the truck his son traded in at the end of the movie, or was he dreaming?
