Continuity mistake: Thelma calls at Terry's flat but gets no reply so reaches into the letter box to pull out the key on a string to open the door with as soon as she opens the door the angle changes to the flat hallway the key is already hanging behind the letter box again without there being enough time to replace the key.

Revealing mistake: In the first shot of Bob pulling into the petrol station there is a green Ford Escort parked on the forecourt behind him. When Bob tries to overtake the lorry that Thelma and Chris are riding in he has to swerve to avoid the same escort driving towards him, causing him to crash into the caravan.

Factual error: The panels on a caravan are made of fibreglass so when Bob crashes his car into the caravan it wouldn't do as much damage as it did to Bob's car.
