Continuity mistake: Terry and Allen meet with the SEC honcho and the pen (in the right side of the set on the desk) goes from on the desk to in the holder without anyone touching it.
Continuity mistake: When the bad guys crash into Allen's Prius, they hit the left front quarter panel, then they steal his car, and when he gets it back, it's the passenger rear door that's missing.
Factual error: When they show the front of the New York Post with the headline "Viva Las Vegas", the date of the newspaper says Friday September 14, 2010 September 14, 2010 was a Tuesday.
Continuity mistake: At the end when Terry grabs Ershon, one shot has Terry holding Ershon with his arm around his neck, then the next shot Terry is holding his neck tie.
Revealing mistake: Towards the end of the movie, when the Prius spins the white van around and it crashes into a parked car, the reverse lights can be seen on the van when it is going backwards. These lights would not have come on if the van was really spinning around.
Other mistake: When Hoitz is yelling in the art museum, a set of wrench sockets is visible behind him. Scene cuts to his ex's boss; upon cutting back merely a second or two later, the socket set has been overturned and spilled everywhere but nobody at the museum seems to notice.
Continuity mistake: When Allen drives over the dead body at the crime scene he gets some cocaine on his car. When he and Terry arrest Ershon, there is a ton more cocaine.
