Corrected entry: When Anna and Walter are cleaning the new house, Anna pulls up the dumb-waiter, a raccoon screams and jumps up on her. If you look closely you will see a hand put the raccoon on her, at the bottom corner of the screen.
Corrected entry: There is a scene where Walter and Anna are pouring water into the bathtub using buckets. When they are pouring the last two bucket loads in the tub it falls through the second floor and shatters on the first floor. However, when it shatters, no water is seen even after being filled with many bucket loads.
Correction: In watching the DVD release of the film, there is water in the tub as it crashes onto the floor.
Corrected entry: After the electrical fire in the kitchen the gas stove flames out and the top and bottom oven doors open. Both oven compartments are seen to be occupied with things being baked, but no turkey can be seen. Yet when the oven blows, out comes a turkey.
Correction: It's because those two compartments belong to another oven. Indeed, Anna has put the turkey in the oven with burners, but that other oven doesn't have two burners. Plus, it would be unlogical that the oven doors open two times (because if you look attentively, the "turkey's oven door" open just before it come out, so that proves that there are two ovens.
Corrected entry: Throughout most of the movie the house has a roof. However, after four months of work, with scaffolding still up and work still in progress, we see several views of the house from the backyard and there is no roof of any kind visible from any angle. We knew the roof was leaking, but it was at least there.
Corrected entry: In the scene where Walter slides down the scaffold and finally into the pool we hear solo voices and a chorus which, as the next scene makes clear, are coming from a recording session being conducted by Max. But there is only the orchestra present at the recording session. The singers are nowhere to be seen.
Correction: The hand is not visible in the DVD release of the film.
