Corrected entry: During the meadow scene flashback with Edward and Bella, Bella's foot is missing. She's lying next to Edward and the camera is circling above them. Her legs are slightly crossed and one of her feet is missing (and covered by the meadow backdrop).
Corrected entry: During the scene where Alice jumps over the rail to invite Bella to her birthday party, You see Jasper concentrating and Bella says "mo fair using mood manipulation." However throughout the Twilight series they state that no vampire can use their "powers" to affect Bella.
Correction: Actually that's false! They mention NUMEROUS times that since Jasper is using a different method, he is able to influence her moods. This even causes Bella to be very frightened during Breaking Dawn. Specifically, they can't use MENTAL powers on Bella. Jasper influences her actual metabolic systems and can calm her that way. Alice does nothing to her mentally to see her future. But Edward and Aro's mind reading and Jane's pain abilities are done in her mind, so they have no effect on her.
Corrected entry: In the first scene in the school parking lot, Edward's car is black. But in the last scene where Bella, Jacob, and Edward are in the forest, Edward's car is visibly silver as it is in the first movie and the books.
Correction: The Cullens are wealthy so Edward can have more than one vehicle. The book should not be compared to the movie; not a valid mistake.
Corrected entry: When Bella and Jacob are driving in Bella's truck to go test out the motorbikes for the first time, they alternate between driving backwards and forwards. When you see the forest passing through Bella's window, they appear to be driving forwards. However, when you see the reflection of the trees in the windshield when the camera is on Bella and Jacob, they appear to be driving backwards. When they close-up on Jacob and Bella separately through the windshield, it is extremely obvious that they are driving backwards.
Correction: At no point do they drive backward. The reflection of the trees is consistent with moving forward, and the landscape visible through the windows always moves in the right direction.
Corrected entry: In the beginning of the movie, Bella, Edward, Alice and Jasper appear in school. Jasper was a senior in Twilight and graduated the June before New Moon takes place. He should not be in the school scenes at all.
Correction: It is never actually stated that Jasper was a senior the year before - that is only in the book. And following the Twilight movie, Jasper is on the biology field trip with Alice & Edward - so it can be assumed that for movie purposes he is a junior, even though in the books he was a senior.
Corrected entry: In the opening scene where Bella dreams that she is a grandmother her "reflection" has a closed mouth, while she has an open one. Also her reflection has raised eyebrows and she doesn't when flitting between cuts.
Correction: It's not supposed to match up until both sides are "Gran". It's the whole point of Bella not seeing it's her until that moment - what she sees isn't what she's doing.
Corrected entry: When Bella and Jacob are talking in her room, she is wearing a light yellow top, and is still seen wearing it during the dream sequence in the woods with Edward, Jacob, the Wolf (Sam), etc. Then, as she abruptly awakes, she is in a dark green top. It was assumed by most it was the same night, so the shirt color magically changed while she was asleep.
Correction: Maybe she changed out of it for bed and then had the "DREAM" that she was wearing a yellow top. Dreams are not indicative of a mistake.
Corrected entry: When Alice enters the Volturi scene, she is wearing a scarf around her neck. She then begins to take it off throughout the scene. The following shot, when they begin to go to see the Volturi leaders, they go down a flight of stairs. During this shot and for the rest of the Volturi scene's and the movie, Alice does not have her scarf.
Correction: They show her taking it off and then she doesn't have it. As long as it doesn't instantaneously reappear this isn't a mistake.
Corrected entry: In the montage scenes where we see Bella's depression, when the camera is circling her, the camera man is shown in the mirror (twice) behind her.
Correction: We never see the camera man in either mirror. There are two items that can be mistaken for a person - the knob at the top of the stairwell seen through her door, and when the lamp jumps into focus as we revolve to fully see the mirror. The camera was on a track and moved without a "camera man."
Corrected entry: They deliberately prohibited the use of red until the Volterra Bella running scene, since the red signified blood and danger and was such an important part of the movie. (Audio commentary.)
Correction: Not true. Red is visible on the cover of Bella's copy of Romeo and Juliet, and she also has a red blanket on her bed when Edward comes into her room near the beginning of the movie.
Corrected entry: When Charlie is talking to Bella at her truck about her going back to Jacksonville, the large wisps of hair on Bella's left ear keep changing position and alternate from not / blowing in the wind.
Correction: Wind doesn't constantly blow, it usually has gusts and moments where it does not seem to blow at all.
Correction: The (left) foot isn't missing, although it is covered - by Bella's other leg. She's lying with her left foot on angle (to support her leg being slightly upright) with most of it covered by her right calf/ankle {see roughly 59:29}. If you freeze the frame, you can even see the white line of her shoe from above.
