Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the Joes go over and through the tram/train, look closely at the occupants standing in the train. All are fully clothed head to toe in black (including ski masks). Looks like stunt man with protective gear on to not get harmed by the shattering glass. (01:00:45)
Continuity mistake: During the chase in Paris one of the GIs jumps through a train. Since he is heavy and moving forward, and the train is moving to his left, this exit hole in the train would be further back than his entry hole. But in the clip where he is inside the train, you can see the train moving - but he is moving with the train. That is wrong. The train would be moving left relative to him (even though the shot is in slow motion). (01:00:45)
Continuity mistake: After the Hummer crashes into the train during the chase in Paris, Ana crawls out of the wreck. The right side of her face is covered in streaks of blood. Seconds later, as she runs into the balloon guy, her face is spotless. The blood returns when Ana enters the glass elevator. (01:03:15)
Deliberate mistake: After being arrested, Breaker, who is Northern African, a region where French is the second if not first native language and speaks with a French accent throughout the movie, pleads with the French authorities in English. (01:10:30)
Continuity mistake: After the Joes are released from the French, Heavy Duty and Ripcord are walking ahead and talking about Duke. Far shot shows them reaching the edge of the shadow of the building they are leaving. The next shot up close and they are back in the shadow again, and the shadow's position and shape has changed indicating the shot was taken later in the day. (01:11:25)
Revealing mistake: In the scenes at the base on the surface of the ice, the breath of the actors is visibly CGI and not natural. (01:13:30)
Revealing mistake: The clarity of the water in the Arctic scenes would not allow anyone to see the underground base from as far away as it was seen throughout various points in the movie. (01:14:45)
Continuity mistake: Right after the missiles are fired, three of the good guys run to the missile tube carrying rappelling ropes. Not a whole lot - maybe 50 meters, or 100 meters at max! But when you look down the missile tube - it is DEEP. Nevertheless they have just the right amount of rope to reach the bottom. (01:25:05)
Continuity mistake: Throughout the movie, Heavy Duty has an earring in his left ear. However, during the underwater fight scene, it is in his right ear. (01:27:35)
Continuity mistake: When Ripcord is chasing missiles in the Night Raven, we see a computer screen showing the trajectories of the 3 missiles and Night Raven. But the first missile was shot down immediately after launch (a long time before Night Raven took off). Even though the display reads 'Signal lost' the missile did definitely not get that high. (01:29:15)
Continuity mistake: When chasing the missile heading for Moscow it is said that they must stop the missile before it re-enters the atmosphere. But there are clouds all around them and the sky is blue. They are in the (very low!) atmosphere. (01:31:00)
Other mistake: When Ripcord flies the black jet toward the White House, he decides to ascend to the atmosphere to rid the craft of the nanomites. As he flies toward the lawn and up the air, he narrowly misses hitting the balcony, where an agent shields himself with his arms from the jet. At such a close distance and at that incredibly fast speed, the agent would have been pulled in by the jet's wake and thrown up in the air. (01:39:45)
Factual error: In the underwater scene when Rex blows up the ice pack, ice appears to be denser than water in this situation. The ice sinks when it's blown up, and even if there were pieces of metal on top of the ice, it shouldn't. Some pieces the size of a five-story building have no metal and still sink. (01:43:00)
Factual error: During the chase scene through Paris, they start by driving through the Arc de Triomphe which is North West from Central Paris. Then the next scene the chase takes us by Notre Dame, where it is on the other side of town, North East. The Eiffel tower is on the west side of town. So, started at the North West, drove to North East of town, then drove back to West near the Eiffel. They could have just driven south of Arc De Triomphe and be there in something like 10 minutes.
Factual error: In the Paris car chase, the black Hummer is hit several times by other vehicles on the sides. It has a very shiny and reflective black paint job. Yet at no point does it show any signs of damage or even scratches.
Other mistake: Duke is called a Captain multiple times, in the flashback of proposing to his ex-fiancee, he has gold oak leaves on his uniform making him a Major.
Other mistake: When Duke and Ripcord first start training, the "fired" amount doesn't match the "missed" plus "hit" total. It's always 2 off, and it's not due to any delay because each hit or miss is recorded at the same time a fired is recorded.
Continuity mistake: During the chase in Paris, Storm Shadow is wearing a suit. However, in the helicopter right before his flashback, he is wearing his combat outfit. When the helicopter lands, he's back in the suit.
Character mistake: Scarlett says that since McCullen is from Scotland, he speaks Celtic. Celtic is a group of languages, not a language unto itself (something a genius like Scarlett would most likely know); it would be like saying someone speaks Semitic or Germanic. McCullen would probably speak Scots or Scottish Gaelic, the official languages used in Scotland.
Factual error: During the rooftop scene overlooking the Lincoln Memorial and National Mall, aside from no building being built there to see such a perspective, it would have to be built in the Potomac river to get such a view.
Suggested correction: Scarlett certainly took this into account when she suggested the words for Ripcord to speak. Scottish Gaelic is a Celtic language so Scarlett was still correct, she was just simplifying for expediency.

No she wasn't correct. There is no such language as "celtic."
