Easter egg: An easter egg on the Spanish edition of the DVD. Don't know if it exists on other editions. On the menu, select Extra Features, then, scroll down to the Menu Option and press right on your remote. You'll see a new option where you can watch an old music video from Dio.
Revealing mistake: When the priest is running and jumping down the stairs to the subway, he bounces up again, as if he fell on a mat. (00:15:25)

Trivia: In the scene where Nicky goes to heaven and meets his mother, a man walks in and she introduces the man as Chubbs. Chubbs was Adam Sandler's golf instructor in Happy Gilmore.
