Continuity mistake: When Mumble is lying on the beach after his chasing of the ship, the jeep vehicle passes very near to his head, about a few inches, as seen by its tire tracks. In the next shot, when the jeep goes in reverse to pick Mumble up, we see the tire tracks very far from the original position.

When he returns to the colony he convinces the other penguins to dance and put on a show for the 'aliens' (humans) that followed him. Footage of the dancing penguins travels the globe and sympathy for the animals leads to new legislation on fishing near the South Pole, ending the fish shortage.

Answer: The only "closing circle frame" with Ramon is at the very end of the movie, AFTER the credits are through. At that point, he says 'Gracias'.

The submitter is talking about before the credits and after the last word of the last song, the camera zooms in to Mumble, Gloria, and Ramon. He is slightly behind them but he "mouths" something. It's unclear what.
