At the bottom of the screen there is a white object moving through the water. It is not clear what it is, but it is not there in any of the other shots of the boat - neither before nor after. Revealing mistake: During the fight on the train between Bond and Grant, you can spot the stunt double for the Grant character by noticing the bad toupee.
