Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the piano collapses, after Madea's chainsaw rampage, you can see the wire that pulls the piano apart.

Continuity mistake: As Helen enters the bar where she breaks off her relationship with Orlando, we see Orlando finish his drink, yet when he places the glass on the counter, it has noticeable amount of liquid left.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Helen wheel-chair pushes Charles to the bathroom for his first bath, she dumps him in the tub and we see water covering his clothes, yet in the next shot, Charles' left pants leg appears dry.

Continuity mistake: When Helen first throws the water on Orlando they show his shirt has a few drops of water on it, the very next shot it is completely soaked.

Continuity mistake: When Helen is eating the salad, all she has on her plate is salad, nothing in her hands but the fork. The shot cuts to Charles then back to Helen, who now has what looks like bread on her plate.

Suggested correction: Any person can be introduced as an aunt or uncle to kids, it's seen as a term of familiarity to children. So even if she's introduced as a cousin to Orlando, she can still be considered an "aunt" to her cousin's children.

The problem is, Brian's wife is Helen's sister which would make him her brother-in-law, not cousin.

Where did you come up with that idea? Helen's sisters are Jackie and Gina. Brian's wife is Debrah. Debrah and Helen are just friends. Helen and Brian are 2nd cousins.

Continuity mistake: In the close shots of Charles in the bathtub there are little bubbles floating into his mouth, then in the long shots the bubbles are gone.

Continuity mistake: When Helen dumps Charles in the bath tub, his shirt sleeve is a short one. When they cut to above the tub, it is like a muscle shirt. Once they cut back down to him, it is a short sleeve again. It could be the same shirt that rose up during the fall, but how did it get back down? Charles is paralyzed and Helen is on the side of the tub.

Continuity mistake: The morning after Charles puts Helen out, Helen is sleeping on Madea's couch. From the distance shot she has her head straight up towards the ceiling. But when it cuts to a close up, she now has her head to the side towards the back of the couch.

Continuity mistake: When Helen goes to Orlando to accept his proposal at the end of the movie, at first his hands are dirty, but when he puts his hands on Helen's face they are completely clean.

Factual error: When Helen is leaving church, she says it's April 25th. In the movie, the year is 2003 (you can tell because she writes dates in her diary). April 25th in 2003 was actually Friday not Sunday.

Joe: Who dat is at the door?
Madea: Shutup Joe I got this.
Joe: I'm gettin' tired of all these people comin' ova here late at night, I'ma hafta put my foot down.
Madea: Kunta Kinte put his foot down and it got chopped off. Now shut the hell up and go back to sleep.
