Factual error: When the fleet of Glamcab Ford Cortinas drive out of their yard on the first day of business, some of the Cortinas are two door models, which wouldn't be legal for use as a taxi.
Factual error: Pint-pot with a hole in the taxi's sump - why is he underneath the taxi at the back having a look when the sump is at the front under the engine?
Audio problem: When Sarge is giving instructions to Allbright over the taxi radio Allbright replies "I don't know what the union's going to say about all this" to which Sarge replies "**** the union". His mouth doesn't open while the noise sounds to cover up his swear word.
Trivia: Kenneth Williams was originally offered the role of Albright, but turned it down due to an inferior script. This was the first "Carry On" film not to feature Williams since the series began in 1958.
