Audio problem: When Toxie is chasing Julie, Julie runs into a room, locks the door and puts a plank of wood to secure the door. As she does, she cries and whimpers, yet her mouth doesn't move.
Continuity mistake: Just before Melvin has sex with Sarah, Sarah's red dress straps fall down off of her shoulders, yet are back up in the next shot.
Frank: Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, we are the entertainment for this afternoon. Now on the shotgun we've got my man Leroy. And on the cash register, we've got that magic fingers Rico.
Rico: That's me.

Trivia: A young Vincent D'Onofrio was cast to play the part of Bozo in the first Toxic Avenger film; however, before filming began, D'Onofrio brashly asked for a pay raise and was immediately fired. D'Onofrio was replaced by actor Gary Schneider.
