Revealing mistake: When Lori decapitates Freddy at the end, it's obvious Freddy is a dummy (slow motion can help but isn't essential). (01:24:35)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the teen tranquilizes Jason and gets cut in half, we see the two parts of the body in the left side of the hallway. After a few scenes, when the camera gets a close-up of the bodyparts, we see one in the left side of the hallway and the other one in the right side. (01:03:43)
Revealing mistake: When Jason kills the kid by throwing his flaming machete through his body, it is obvious that the guy has a mouth full of fake blood in the slow motion shot, right before Jason impales him with the torch. (00:41:15)
Continuity mistake: When Kia is flicking through a magazine, the page she's on changes from closeups to wideshots. You can tell by the pictures and text. (00:28:15)
Continuity mistake: Before Jason kills Trey, we see Trey getting a can of beer. Beside that beer there is another can, which change position in the next shot. (00:12:30)

Revealing mistake: When Freddy drops the large boiler on top of Jason during their fight in the warehouse, the boiler is made of cardboard or some other lightweight material because it doesn't land very hard and it even bounces a bit.
Suggested correction: It is also a dream which means anything can happen.
Freddy was trying to kill Jason. Why would he drop something on top of Jason that was too light to crush him?
Revealing mistake: When Jason swings his machete at Blake on the porch, as he swings you can see the actor stop swinging so it doesn't even make contact with Blake at all.
