Deliberate mistake: When Hulk meets his father at the lab, each one's eyes have a special light on them. This adds for dramatic effect, but it's absurd because there is no direct source of light since each one is in front of the other and their faces are in shade in the rest of the shots.

Continuity mistake: The hole in the car windshield changes size from when the Hulk throws the dog through it to when it's shown the next morning.
Harper: Bruce! Big day. Did you sleep? I didn't sleep.
Bruce Banner: Slept okay. Is Betty here?
Harper: She's around. I really got to say, seeing you in that styling headwear.
Bruce Banner: You're implying something about my helmet?
Harper: You look like a massive nerd, even around other scientists. Can just I ask? Were you wearing the helmet while she dumped you?
Bruce Banner: See? It protects my very important brain, Harper. Go prep the samples.
Trivia: When Stan Lee first created the Hulk, he wanted the Hulks' skin to be gray just like classic monster movies. When making the first comic of the Hulk, the gray for the Hulk was either too dark or too bright. Stan Lee then decided to use green for the Hulk's skin color since green was not being used for other Marvel superheroes.
Question: Who (among the story characters, not the creators) actually came up with the name "Hulk"? In the movie, nobody refers to the 'creature' in this manner.

Answer: In the first comic, the first time Bruce Banner changed, it was inside a military research facility, and one of the soldiers uttered the phrase, as in "What is that... Hulk thing?"
