Continuity mistake: When the armoured truck begins to fall into the subway, the above ground shot shows the truck tilting forward as it falls. The next shot from the subway shows the truck falling exactly horizontally.
Continuity mistake: When it is revealed that Steve has hired some armored cars, Charlie tosses a basketball to Lyle, even though in the previous shot Lyle was already holding it.
Factual error: Pilots always use the established phonetic alphabet to give registrations or information. Steve's pilot says, "3 Kilo Bob". He should have said "3 Kilo Bravo".
Visible crew/equipment: When Charlie is waiting in his red Mini, just before the 'job' and he is talking to Lyle, you can see the reflection of the camera in the side bit next to the windscreen.
Factual error: When Mark Wahlberg is trying to evade the helicopter, he runs into a dead end made up of two buses attached to a tow truck. The problem is that they're MUNI buses, and MUNI only runs in the San Francisco bay area, so these would be no where in the Los Angeles area.
Suggested correction: The Muni bus is not exclusive to San Fran. I lived north of Halifax NS, and there were 18 GMC silverside MUNI buses.
"Muni" buses aren't a brand or model. Muni is short for San Francisco Municipal Railway, which is a transit service owned by the San Francisco Municipal Transit Authority. The SFMTA does not operate anywhere else in California, and certainly not in a foreign country. Los Angeles is served by Metro, not Muni.
Continuity mistake: As you watch the chase scene after the golf course, you can tell that Left ear is driving the white mini instead of Handsome Rob. [If you watch the deleted scenes, it shows them switching places due to a gunshot wound in Rob's arm. A mistake, but explained.]
Continuity mistake: When Stella is driving in the cable van, the picture seen through her camera shows the view over the steering wheel, but when we see her, the steering wheel is much higher than the camera and would be obscuring the view.
Continuity mistake: After the minis jump out of the tunnel, Handsome Rob spins the mini around and tells Left Ear to open the door. The camera then switches to an exterior shot of the car and you can see that the rear window on the passenger side has been shattered. But in the next shot and throughout the rest of the film, the window is intact.
Continuity mistake: When Steve gets hit in the mouth by Charlie, the amount of blood in his mouth and over his teeth changes depending on the shot.
Continuity mistake: Charlize Theron parks her original Mini in a tight spot behind the Ford 4WD where she goes in front first at a fair speed. But when we see the wide shot of the Mini parked in there, it's almost bumper to bumper - there is no way anyone could have parked the Mini in that spot going in front first no matter how small the Mini is.
Continuity mistake: In the subway tunnel scene, when the trunks of the Mini Coopers are open you can see they have British licence plates. During the chase sequence the Coopers have California licence plates.
Revealing mistake: In the shots of the Metro tunnels, the "rails" are flush with the concrete surface, as streetcar tracks would be, to form a level surface that automobiles can easily drive on. In a dedicated right-of-way, however, the engineers would not go to this unnecessary trouble and expense; the rails would simply be mounted on the tunnel floor. Also notable is the presence of crossovers, but the absence of any movable switching equipment, rendering them useless.
Factual error: Charlie tells Napster it's "13 across, 4 high, 4 deep" as anyone can see that's only the math for one of the three shelves in the same. It would actually be 13 across, 12 high, 4 deep (although at points it looks only 2 deep and other points it looks to be 3) which would mean that there's 624 bricks not 208 and it'd be worth 81 million instead of 27. Funny enough, Napster still returns that it's 208 bricks and 27 mil so it seems that no-one in cast or crew noticed the mathematical mistake.
Factual error: The safe at the end is a very high end model with a glass relocker if you break the pane. However, in this type of safe, as an extra security measure, the glass is a small pane put somewhere randomly in the door by the safe door assembler, not one large pane as depicted in the movie.
Suggested correction: The glass relocker is located in an area that is vulnerable to attack. In this case, the entire area around the dial is vulnerable to attack as a drill would allow access to the inner mechanism. It would not make sense to be in a random spot as you could figure out where the glass is with special depth gauge and acoustic devices.

Visible crew/equipment: When the minis jump in front of the subway you can see a small ramp appear before the blue mini jumps. You then see the blue mini land on boxes.
Factual error: When Charlie hands off the case of gold at the end, he easily spins it around as if it's empty. Bars of gold aren't light by any means.
Suggested correction: When they put the gold into the Minis, we only see silver metal boxes in the trunks, not the black one Charlie hands over to the Ukrainian. Also the time span between getting on the train and the confrontation with Steve was too short to put the barrels into the black box. It's more likely that the box is full of money and was prepared before the Minis entered the subway system.
Continuity mistake: The weather changes between the first two scenes in Venice. The scene in St. Mark's Square is in fog, mist and rain, but in the next scene, supposedly taking place at exactly the same time (with Handsome Rob) there are blue skies.
Continuity mistake: When Wrench first sees Stella, the neck cover on his welder's mask is loose. The camera cuts and it's not tucked behind his head.
Revealing mistake: When the 4x4 is arriving at the train, you can see it is not Steve driving as the driver doesn't have a mustache.
Continuity mistake: In the subway, all the Minis get covered in dust and grime. However, while the red and white ones stay fairly dirty, the blue one becomes spotless when he is facing off against Steve's helicopter.
