Continuity mistake: Near the end, while Kabakov is atop the blimp, he finally attaches the cable hook to the blimp. Just as he wraps the canvas strap around the hook, Kabakov's white shirt is neatly tucked into his pants, whereas in the previous and following shots, his white shirt is fluttering in the wind and we can see his abdomen and back. Trivia: This was the first film role for the young actress Kristy McNichol. Unfortunately, all her scenes were cut.
