Ghost Ship

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Francesca is seducing Greer she is standing at a shaft. She is holding her hand at a door post. Each time the camera looks from behind her her hand is somwhere slightly above her head. When the camera looks from the other side her hand is much lower, at the height of her neck. (01:02:00)

Continuity mistake: When Francesca is messing with Greer, his shirt says "Everlast" on it. After he falls down the shaft, the word is gone.

Continuity mistake: When Francesca is hanging by her neck, in the background we see the guy she killed laying on the floor. His body disappears then reappears in different shots.

Continuity mistake: When Francesca is half-nude, she turns to walk around the far side of the glass enclosure. The camera cuts in closer, and she begins her turn again.

Trivia: The studio and producer Joel Silver reportedly called for major re-writes of the script shortly before shooting began. Many of the actors had signed up based on the original script, titled "Chimera", which contained far less violence and supernatural elements, and instead was a psychological drama about what happens to a salvage crew when they are stranded in the middle of the ocean. Much of the cast wasn't informed that the script had been almost completely altered into a more generic supernatural-horror/slasher film until just before they showed up to begin filming, leaving many of them disheartened and disgruntled.
