Factual error: April 1st, 1923 was a Sunday, not a Friday as shown on Padraic's calendar in the film.
Pádraic Súilleabháin: Some things there's no moving on from. And I think that's a good thing.
Trivia: The jumpers worn by the cast were all knitted by hand by one woman for the film, Delia Barry.
