Continuity mistake: In the opening scene where the Warriors are talking amongst themselves, the shot shows Ajax say to what is presumably Vermin (due to the curly hair, necklace and the fact he's taller than Ajax) "Maybe we'll get to waste a few heads along the way." The shot then flips to show Cleon, not Vermin, who responds "You just soldier and keep your mouth shut." The shot once again flips to show Ajax and the back of Vermin's head. (00:05:30)

Continuity mistake: When Cyrus is giving his speech his shirt and robe are quite open (open enough to see a necklace), but when he's shot his clothes have buttoned themselves. (00:12:00)

Visible crew/equipment: Just after Luther accuses the Warriors of killing Cyrus, and Cleon is killed, there is a panning shot of all the gangs escaping and at the very right edge of the screen you can see a camera and its operator filming. (00:14:34)

Visible crew/equipment: When The Warriors are running down the centre of the street (heading to the train station) as they are chased by the Turnbull AC's in their bus, on the left of this shot you can briefly see two crew members wearing yellow jackets standing next to some lighting equipment for the scene. (00:24:47)

Revealing mistake: As the gang is being chased through the "96th Street Station", you can see the true station name "Hoyt" (as in Hoyt-Schermerhorn Sts. Station) on the outer station wall. (00:42:50)

Other mistake: The gang gets separated after an intense cop chase through the subway station and Cochise, Rembrandt, Vermin escape aboard a train and end up in Union Square. The guys step out onto the corridor to an empty platform, as Rembrandt comments that nobody has shown up. Vermin then grins and says "Something else just showed up!' as a gang of girls suddenly appears, standing by a stairwell, that wasn't there, across the tracks, in the same direction. Audio problem: When Ajax is at the park handcuffed to the bench, he calls the woman a lousy bitch, but his mouth never moves. (00:53:03)

Continuity mistake: After Ajax is arrested Swan goes to the station with "tough chick", the first time you see the train platform it's empty but a few seconds later a man has appeared from nowhere, then a policeman sees Swan and chases him and the man has once again vanished. (00:55:25)

Continuity mistake: When Swan throws his baseball bat at the cops knees in the train station, the cop falls forward with his hat still on. A few seconds later the cop's hat has somehow gotten behind him. (00:56:10)

Visible crew/equipment: When the leader of the Riffs' finds out it wasn't the Warriors who killed Cyrus there is a focused shot on his face and his sunglasses reflect a crewmember wearing a white T-shirt next to what looks like a camera. It has to be a crewmember as no-one in that scene is wearing a white T-shirt. (01:14:02)

Audio problem: In the famous "beer bottle" scene where the gang leader of the Rogues Luther has three beer bottles on his fingers, if you listen very carefully you can hear the director shout to the actor David Patrick Kelly "David, action" just before Luther starts to sing "Warriors, come out to play." (01:20:49)

Factual error: In the scene where the Warriors are hiding from the Turnbull A.C.'s under the elevated subway they look up at the train that is approaching the station. The train is marked as a "J" train. At that point they are still in the Bronx. The "J" train never runs in the Bronx.

Continuity mistake: At the subway when Mercy and Fox were running down the stairs from the cops, they showed a back shot of Mercy and it was clearly another woman. Her hair was about shoulder length and straight. Mercy's hair is longer, and curly.

Continuity mistake: When Cowboy and Ajax are running from the Furies they stop running to fight them and Cowboy gets hit and his hat falls off. When he lands on the ground it's back on his head.

Revealing mistake: When Fox is thrown onto the railroad tracks in the subway, if you look closely at his legs you can tell that he stops in midair, meaning he obviously landed on something much higher than the tracks (boxes maybe).

Continuity mistake: When Vermin says to the woman,"Looks like you're the winner." they both sit down and start to kiss, but in the next shot when Rembrandt and Cochese start talking, you can clearly see Vermin walking by talking to the woman.

Continuity mistake: In the graveyard scene, after the meeting, Rembrandt is shown at the top of this statue looking for the train station. In the next shot with Swan, in the background Rembrandt is seen still climbing up the statue.

Deliberate mistake: In the scene where the Punks follow the Warriors into the bathroom, Rembrandt sprays the head punk with his red spray paint. However, the spray coming out of the can is clear, not red.

Continuity mistake: When the Warriors are back home and they step off the train, the woman who is with Swan has a pink top on and it is really dirty on the front, but when they go and find some weapons in the abandoned warehouse she has only got a small mark on the front the size of a hand, as she did earlier on in the film.

Fox: We're not going to hide who we are just because some whore shakes her ass.

Trivia: Originally, Fox was supposed to be Mercy's love interest, but the two actors had no chemistry. This resulted in the love interest being changed to Swan, which combined with other conflicts caused the actor who played Fox to leave the film. His death was written in to deal with this, and the actor demanded his name be removed from the credits.

Question: Why would the Riffs instantly believe that The Warriors did it? Wouldn't it have made sense, especially with the sheer numbers of The Riffs, that they search Cleon and anyone still there who they can get hold of?

Answer: The Riffs were informed of the Warriors' innocence of wrongdoing by a member of another gang who had no reason to lie on behalf of the Warriors or to frame Luther (the actual culprit). Apparently Luther had a reputation for dishonesty, among other things, whereas the Warriors were considered to be among the city's more "honorable" gangs.
