Terminator 2: Judgment Day

Audio problem: In the scene with John and his friend in the garage when his adopted mom is telling him to clean his room and he is revving his dirtbike, if you look closely, he has the throttle wide open, but the motor winds down. (00:12:15)

Audio problem: In the scene where John is running away from the T-1000 in the corridor of the mall, one of the curators shouts out "Hey!" The Terminator appears in scene so John runs back the other way passing the same curator he ran past before who then shouts out "Hey!" at him again. The curator's mouth never moves during both of his lines. (00:31:30 - 00:31:53)

Casual Person

Audio problem: John Connor's bike is an XR-100, it is a 4 stroke engine. In the movie they dub in the sound of a 2 stroke. It is a quiet little engine so that is why they probably dubbed in the sound. (00:32:00)

Audio problem: When Arnold Schwarzenegger is being chased by the truck and and pulls John out of his bike, you can hear John scream but if you look closely he doesn't move his mouth. (00:37:35)

Audio problem: When Myles is shot at in his home, after he ducks, the window behind him breaks and smoke comes outs as if a bullet had gone through, but no sound is heard. (01:32:50)

Sacha

Factual error: The truck that the T-1000 uses to try and run down John in the overspill, is a Freightliner FLA 9664, which uses a diesel engine - it does not use petrol. Diesel is much harder to combust in comparison to petrol/gasoline, and the spark from the battery cables on the spilt diesel would absolutely never ignite under those circumstances. (00:37:55)

More trivia for Terminator 2: Judgment Day

Question: One of the taglines for this film is "It's nothing personal". I have no idea what that has to do with the film and was hoping someone could explain it.

Gavin Jackson

Chosen answer: Two possibilities. 1: The Terminator is emotionless, so the killing isn't personal, but rather what it's programmed to do. 2: Sarah Connor's plan to kill Miles Dyson to stop Skynet's creation.

Captain Defenestrator

It's also a sly nod to another famous tagline, Jaws: The Revenge. "This time it's personal."
