Corrected entry: Within a few seconds of Cindy entering the Principal's office, the Principal says, "Hello, Cindy. Please sit down." Cindy says, "Thank you Principal Scoodman". But it displays in the Principal's name plaque that his name is Principal Squiggly.
Corrected entry: Doofy tells Gail Hailstorm that he is 25 1/2 years old. We later see Buffy telling the crowd that Drew Decker (the girl killed at the beginning) used to babysit Doofy. Drew is a student at the high school which means she's at least six years younger than Doofy. That means when Doofy was little, Drew would have been even younger so how could she have babysat for him?
Correction: We know from the film that Doofy (pretends) to be mentally handicapped all his life. Therefore, he might have been babysat even though much older, as he was considered incapable, requiring someone to keep an eye on him.
Corrected entry: In the first scene with reporter Gail Hailstorm she shoots a teenager standing behind her, one can also see a big black inflatable mattress on the ground behind her for the kid not to hurt himself when hitting the ground then in the next clip its gone again. (00:10:35)
Corrected entry: At the end of the film when the cop lays out all of the contents of his pockets on the table (gun, handcuffs, etc.) when talking to Cindy, the items change their positions a few seconds later. (01:13:50)
Corrected entry: When Cindy is looking at the pictures of the sheriff posing, one pose is on top, and when he takes out the pictures again they are in a different order. (00:36:00)
Corrected entry: After Bobby and Ray have been revealed as copycat killers, look closely at Ray's bandage (on his ear) as he brings Cindy's dad in. For a split second the band aid is gone and when the camera angle changes it is back. (01:09:25)
Corrected entry: In the cafeteria scene Ray is talking to Cindy. There are a couple lunch ladies behind them looking on at the conversation. Bobby comes out of nowhere startling Cindy by running into her. As soon as she looks at him, the lunch ladies are serving a huge line of students that have magically appeared.
Correction: The line where the students "magically appear" is actually a separate line from the empty one you were talking about earlier. After Ray leaves, Cindy turns to the left, and bumps into Bobby. In the background, which is to the left of Cindy, is the line full of students. But the original empty line is supposed to be behind Cindy to the right.
Corrected entry: In the bedroom scene, Doofy says to Cindy, "We're gonna find that guy you killed." Buffy then responds by saying, "He heard a conversation Greg and I were having". It was Greg who had insisted that it was never to be spoken of again, so why was Greg talking about it?
Correction: Buffy never says that Greg was the one to bring up the murder, or that they were talking about it for a long time, only that there were *a* conversation. And as we can see, Buffy is somewhat of an airhead. It is possible that during a conversation with Greg, *she* slipped up and mentioned the killing, and Doofy heard it. Greg would then shut her up, but the damage would be done.
Corrected entry: In the scene where Cindy is wearing the viking hat there is a wild party going on. She goes upstairs with Bobby but when they come back about 5-10 minutes later for the Matrix style fight scene the house is completely empty except for Shorty. What's up with that? Even if cops break up a party they wouldnt clear the house in 10 minutes.
Correction: This movie heavily spoofs Scream, and in Scream while Sidney goes upstairs with Billy the party clears out because they all run off to see the principal's dead body. In other words, it's very easy for a wild party to clear out in a short amount of time.
Corrected entry: In the beauty pageant, Buffy is declared the winner and she walks out, takes her crown and flowers. When she walks forward the confetti blasts out on the stage with a bang, but if you look at the man behind her, he jumps when the confetti comes out, he then starts laughing a bit.
Correction: So, the confetti cannon startled him. why exactly is this a mistake? I know it would scare me.
Corrected entry: During the "I Know What You Did Last Summer" sequence, Cindy is giving head to Bobby, and if you look in the back behind Bobby's head, there is Shannon Elizabeth smiling, almost getting ready to laugh.
Correction: She could have been laughing at Greg, hitting off the branches.
Corrected entry: When Cindy comes out of the police station after looking at the photos of the Sheriff & is interviewed by all the news crews watch the sign on the side of the police station. It states that the station was established in 2017.
Correction: This is a joke.
Corrected entry: When Cindy is doing the Irish dance up in the air, if you look at her legs they seem to be transparent.
Correction: Her legs are not transparent.
Corrected entry: When Drew is on the phone with the killer in the opening scenes, the killer tells her to check the front door because she forgot to lock it. She then runs to the door and she unlocks the door so she can open it. I thought that the door was already unlocked.
Correction: The killer actually tells her to check the back door, which then then goes and locks. Then she hears the doorbell, goes to the front door, unlocks it and opens it.
Corrected entry: In the part where they are in the car and they are all kissing, the guy puts his head out the sun roof of the car and gets hit by all these trees. The mistake is that he has a bottle in his hand and drops it when the trees start hitting him. After they hit the guy with their car he has the bottle again and throws it at the guy that got hit by the car.
Correction: That is true. He drops it into the car, not onto the street. It hits Cindy's head, but when they swerve out of control after they hit the guy and come to a stop, the guy had time to grab the bottle.
Corrected entry: When Cindy is spending the night over at Buffy's, Buffy's mom comes to tell Cindy that she has a phone call. The mom then turns and walks away. In the next scene she is back watching Cindy talk on the phone.
Correction: The mother turned away to enter the hallway where the phone was.
Corrected entry: In the I know what you did last summer scene while the 2 couples are kissing Buffy pulls her boyfriend's T-shirt up. Immediately the camera goes on Bobby and you see Buffy is kissing her boyfriend and his T-shirt is down.
Correction: You need to look closely. when the two couples are kissing and she pulls his top up and then the camera goes back onto it the top is still up.
Corrected entry: When Ray is talking to Buffy's boyfriend near the beginning of the movie, he asks if the yellow tank top "makes him look gay." The boyfriend answers no, then Ray ties it up above his belly. The scene cuts, but comes back almost immediately and Ray is wearing a black t-shirt.
Correction: The yellow top he is wearing is actually a vest. He is just pulling the black T-shirt over the top of it.
Corrected entry: During the bedroom scene, Cindy tells Bobby that she has "never done this before" when in fact she had performed oral sex on him before, during the scene when they hit the fisherman.
Correction: She didn't perform a sexual act on him, her head was forced down there by one of the characters standing on it. Bobby was trying to get her to, but she had refused up till the bedroom scene.
Corrected entry: When they throw the body off the dock into the water, why does it sink? He was still alive, and live bodies float.
Correction: He wasnt alive - When one of them threw a beer bottle away at hit him on the head and he was killed then.
Correction: Cindy actually says: "Thank you, Principal Squigman," referring to "Squiggy," the name of the actor's character in "Laverne & Shirley." In addition, the nameplate says: "Principal Squiggy." School staff sometimes shorten their names before having their nameplates printed.
