Continuity mistake: In the scene near the end where Ajax has a knife in the side of Deadpool's head and is punching him, later Deadpool pulls the knife out. In a follow up shot there is no hole in the mask where the knife was, but in a later shot the hole is there.

Deadpool (2016)
Ending / spoiler
Directed by: Tim Miller
Starring: Ryan Reynolds, T.J. Miller, Morena Baccarin, Gina Carano
After a climactic fight on top of an old aircraft carrier, everyone plummets to earth. Deadpool saves Vanessa, and kills Ajax after it's reveals there's no cure for his disfigurement, despite Colossus trying to persuade him to keep Ajax alive. Vanessa is furious that Wade left, but still loves him despite his appearance.
Wade Wilson: I had another Liam Neeson nightmare. I kidnapped his daughter and he just wasn't having it. They made three of those movies. At some point you have to wonder if he's just a bad parent.
Trivia: In the 'happy Lent' scene, Wade is reading the Mario Lopez autobiography. Mario Lopez filmed a promotion with Ryan Reynolds where they pretended the movie was going to be toned down to a PG-13, which would have infuriated fans, before revealing the true R rating.

Answer: We don't see what happens to Angel Dust after Colossus carries her (and Negasonic Teenage Warhead) away from the collapsing Helicarrier. Both women were unconscious and we can only assume that Colossus put Angel Dust down somewhere before returning to Deadpool for the end scenes. Her fate beyond that - perhaps escape, incarceration or even recruitment - is unknown.
