Trivia: When the Avalon Boys sing "At the Ball, That's All" outside Mickey Finn's Palace, Stan and Oliver perform a dance. This dance was not in the script; it was completely improvised by Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy.
Trivia: When Lola tickles Stan whilst trying to retrieve the deed in the hotel bedroom, you can see Lola laughing. This was not scripted; Stan Laurel's hysterical laughing was so infectious that Sharon Lynn could not conceal her laughter.
Continuity mistake: When Oliver is sitting in the river, his jacket is unbuttoned, but when Stan helps him up, it is now fastened.
