Continuity mistake: When Frank gets in the elevator at the end of "Transexual Transylvania", he says his last bit, and turns his head left. After the cut, he's facing straight out.

Continuity mistake: After freezing her feet to the floor, Frank starts to assault Janet. As he does, he pulls her right bra strap down to her arm. A moment later, it's back in place.

Continuity mistake: When Frank N Furter goes to kill Eddie, there is no blood on the ice, but a few shots later, there is a trail of blood that came from no-where.

Factual error: The criminologist describes the events of the movie as taking place "on a late November evening". In the very next scene, Brad and Janet are driving in Brad's car, and President Richard Nixon's resignation speech is playing on the radio. Nixon resigned in August of 1974. (00:12:00)
