He quickly sets the plate on the table, so does not have time to adjust the position of the bowl. Continuity mistake: While Ben is talking to Eloise, his glass of alcohol is about three-fourths full, but when he lifts the drink to his mouth, his glass is almost empty. (00:07:20)

Continuity mistake: The views of Pinero's dead "trophy wife" from opposite sides of the bed were not consistent. From Seth's view, Pinero's wife was lying mostly on her right side with her hair covering her head/neck but otherwise not visible, and her right arm extended outward from her waist area. From the other side of the bed, Pinero's wife's long wavy hair was over her left breast and should have been visible from Seth's position but was not. Continuity mistake: The window with broken blinds to the right of the hole in the wall turns into a green curtain for a couple seconds, then back to blinds. When Pablo is pulling the money out of the hole in the wall, the green curtain shows up next to it (a couple feet from where the window is located). [There is a tattered green curtain on the adjacent wall.]. (00:26:33 - 00:27:06)
Continuity mistake: Travis rearranged a photo on the desk, setting it partially in front of the box and the two pictures were a few inches apart. The next wide view showed the corner of the picture almost aligned with the box or slightly behind it and the two pictures were now almost touching. The angles and locations of the photos changed more than once. (00:09:40 - 00:10:03)
Continuity mistake: Isaac told Christine he would give Elijah his phone back and grabbed it from her. Isaac had the phone in his right hand when he turned to go out the door. When Isaac came out the front door, he was not holding the phone in his hand and it did not look like the phone was in any of his pockets. Isaac had police equipment around his belt (not the phone). Continuity mistake: Virgil is speared on the left side of his body by a dead tree limb, but after he crawls to the gold and turns onto his back, the spear is on his right side. He eventually pulls it out of his left side. (01:16:28 - 01:17:38)
Continuity mistake: The clock on the wall at Pee Wee's Pawn Shop advanced from about 12:00 to 12:05 when Frank was talking to Jerry, but it was back to around 12:01 after a few camera shifts. (00:05:59 - 00:06:24)
Continuity mistake: Dan and Allen were close together when they were talking on the dirt road. Based on how far Allen threw the blindfold toward Dan's feet, Dan's feet/boots should have been visible. The blindfold was close to Dan's feet in the wider shot. (00:15:13)
Continuity mistake: Various views of Chase's dead body were inconsistent. From the two boys' perspective, Chase's body was at the edge of the water and the sun was shining on the water and along/near his left leg. An aerial view showed a canopy of tree leaves over the area, meaning the sunshine would not be able to penetrate the thick tree cover. From the sheriff's view in the tower (unobstructed by trees), the position of Chase's body relative to the fire tower was too far away and at the wrong angle. (00:03:00 - 00:04:08)

Continuity mistake: A full moon was shown, but it was quite dark even around the campfire. When the man came and said there was something in the field, the sky was black. About a minute later when Cameron tripped/fell, there was (moon) light near the ground. (00:16:09 - 00:18:19)
Continuity mistake: During the time Sean and Kunle are talking to Bianca after class, Sean is wearing two gold necklaces but only the longer one is showing a few times. (00:04:30 - 00:05:41)
Continuity mistake: The tattoo artist is almost finished drawing the American flag on the boy's upper right arm. After he wipes it and there's a quick camera shift, the tattoo is less complete - the stripes are bloodier, more jagged, and of unequal width like they were earlier. (00:14:31)
Continuity mistake: After Kath pulled up to the cabin, the position of her car changed. Kath drove parallel to the fence before turning to the right about 45° toward the front door, but when she got out of her car, its rear end was perpendicular to the fence. The angle of the shot of Al coming out the front door would also place Kath's car more pendicular to the cabin instead of at an angle, and parallel to the fence instead of at an angle. Continuity mistake: The way Banshee's bangs are combed back vary a few times in a couple minutes (elevator fight scene). Sometimes, the left side is higher than the right side and other times the highest point is near the middle of her forehead. The "curve" at which the bangs are combed toward the right side also vary, from little to no curve to wavier toward the right. (00:06:36 - 00:07:57)
Continuity mistake: The amount of wine in Annie's glass (as well as Nic's) decreases then increases without her adding any. Annie had almost one-half a glass of wine when she poured some into Nic's glass, then it was closer to one-fourth full. A little later, Annie's glass appeared to have the amount she initially had when she approached Nic. (00:13:59)
Continuity mistake: The monkey figurines (or charms) on the beads hanging from the rearview mirror change positions from being more horizontal (side-by-side) to vertical (one below the other, and at different distances). Swaying from the SUV's movement might explain some change, but the weight of the monkeys should have kept their positions more balanced (side-by-side or one at the top and the other at the bottom).
