Even after Motley got into the second row seat of the truck, but did not get down right away, the men in the truck had turned around and were following Danny but still did not notice Motley. Other mistake: The crossbow arrow that went through Jamie's shoulder area had different positions/angles and was not always visible (in front or back) when it should have been. The crossbow arrow also did not seem to be long enough. The added width to his fingers from this type of gloves should have interfered with his accuracy hitting the notes and keeping the tempo - the part of Chopin's "Nocturnes" he played was allegro (fast). Other mistake: When the assassin is trapped inside the airlock with Tiger, she chokes him, and he collapses. The assassin then begins to walk back to the door to the ship, but just as she is about to open the door, Tiger sneaks up behind her and opens the airlock. There is no way she wouldn't have heard Tiger approaching her. The space was very confined and would have heard his footsteps whilst walking up to her. (01:52:05)
Other mistake: James supposedly did not give his name when he filed a complaint against Dr. Clark, which would make conducting an investigation to determine if the complaint was valid very difficult. Dr. Clark would be entitled to due process (presumption of innocence) and it is highly unlikely that the Medical Commission would have taken such quick and drastic measures against Dr. Clark under the circumstances.
Other mistake: Mike said, "I don't feel too good [sick from drinking Mexico's "dirty water"]." Rafo responded, "Run! It's gonna come out" and Mike walked into the weeds. Other mistake: When Eddie reads Kasady's letter, it's obvious that the whole speech can't fit inside the postcard. Moreover, parts of it don't even make sense since Eddie could never "see" the part about Shriek; he knows nothing about her at that point of the movie. Finally, either way when we see him read the letter, the parts shown don't match the narration; for instance when he gets to the part about Kasady's heart stopping, it is on the part of the postcard opposite of the one he's 'reading'. Other mistake: "Boogie" was a HS student who didn't work and lived with his financially strained (heavily in debt) parents. The Chin family was receiving past-due notices for various bills. The IRS also sent a letter of intent to levy or seize their property if they did not immediately pay $4,513.29. But Boogie had money to buy marijuana, go out to dinner with his girlfriend, go to a gym, and visit a fortune teller - each multiple times. His mother also ate out and saw a fortune teller. Other mistake: The issued sidearm for the Spanish National Police is the H&K USP 9mm Compact, which has a capacity of 13+1 bullets, and the Civil Guards' is the Beretta 92fs/M9, which is a 9mm and has a magazine capacity of 15+1 bullets. As of 2020 the Beretta is being phased out for the H&K USP C. The police officer fires a total of 5 bullets from his Beretta then the slide locks back because its dry. He has no magazines for reloads either. I highly doubt the Spanish police issues 5 bullets to their officers. (00:33:00 - 00:35:30)

Other mistake: Det. Martinez told Peter he couldn't do anything about his belief that Charles was in his penthouse (and took his dog) without the necessary evidence. However, the detective filed stalking charges against Peter based on Charles' statement that he was being stalked, which was without evidence. The charge of stalking was also far-fetched and the detective should have had enough sense to realise that Charles would not be in fear of his safety over Peter's presence or behavior.
Other mistake: In a voice over, Casi said, " I am a public defender. And there are only 15,000 of me for the 10.5 million people who were arrested last year in America." The statistics may not be accurate (the FBI's UCR lists an estimated 10,085,207 arrests in 2019), but it is his general statement that is misleading. Not all arrestees will be represented by a public defender - many will hire private defense attorneys. The inference of a 1,000 caseload per year exaggerates the actual of 50-590. (00:01:09)
Other mistake: When Ken was using the plunger to lift panels of the suspended ceiling, the bathroom stall next to him (and against the wall) was closed, but when he stooped to the floor to look at the broken bottle of alcohol, the stall door was open and someone's legs from below the knees could be seen. When this part of the movie resumed, Ken was opening the door to the stall. He was also walking on the area where the broken bottle was on the floor. Other mistake: When Zoe Levenson first looks out the window from the spaceship, the earth is from the bottom moving towards the top, this is opposite to the ship spinning direction, which can be determined by the direction of the gravity. (00:12:50)
Other mistake: At the Night Driver gallery showing, Haley is reading from a program that describes Anthony's "Say My Name" piece. The text states that Helen Lyle died from "self-emulation" instead of "self-immolation", immolation meaning death by fire.
Other mistake: It isn't clear if the poster of the Solar System outside the school was cut off on the right, showing half of Neptune, or if the ninth planet at the time (Pluto) was accidentally omitted. IF the poster was supposed to be complete, its exclusion of Pluto would be an error for the time period (1969) because Pluto was not downgraded to a "dwarf planet" until 2006. Perhaps, only half of Neptune was shown in order to not have to address the changed status of Pluto, making this a deliberate mistake. (00:32:36)
Suggested correction: Neptune isn't cut off, it shows as a complete circle on the "poster" (looks more like a board).
