Continuity mistake: In the final battle, Wasp and Ant-Man are in the van trying to get the quantum tunnel operational. We cut back to the fight and we can see Ant-Man there too, fighting in his giant form. (02:22:20 - 02:23:00)
Continuity mistake: The final battle starts around dawn, and it's very dark when the bad guys arrive, but between shots it suddenly gets much brighter. (01:38:50)
Suggested correction: When you see the helicopter start flying in after Brixton asking them to bring it in, you can see the sun in the distance, so perhaps some time passed by.
But the weapons are only disabled for 6 minutes and the 6 minutes end when they're hooked up to the chopper, which is way later.
Continuity mistake: Towards the end while Maleficent becomes the phoenix, the two soldiers over there leave the tower twice.
Continuity mistake: Professor Sheldon 'Shelly' Oberon sprains his right ankle when escaping the baboons by jumping to another bridge. Ming Fleetfoot wraps his left ankle later on when they are by the river. (01:11:38 - 01:14:00)
Continuity mistake: As Vers is about to punch the person dressed like the Skrull, a woman in a flowery pantsuit is visible in the background, behind him. Next shot and she is walking behind Vers making a rather conspicuous horrified facepalm, and coming from the wrong direction. (00:33:50)
Continuity mistake: After the speeder chase, everyone lands in quicksand. In one shot, 3PO is buried headfirst. In the next, he has flipped and his upper body is visible.
Continuity mistake: When Alita is playing the street version of motor ball she knocks over Tanji. In the next shot Tanji is following her in the pack as she scores, then the shot switches back to him on the ground.
Continuity mistake: Before Dora and friends enter the city the moon is half-full. When they enter the place it's a full a moon.
Continuity mistake: When Peter and MJ hug on Tower Bridge he gets some blood from his face onto the left shoulder of her jacket. From other angles there's no blood.
Continuity mistake: Robotnik's shaving his head, leaving smudges on it. A shot later his head's suddenly clean. (01:29:10)
Continuity mistake: When Aladdin dances in front of Jasmine his hair keeps swapping between perfectly brushed and messed up.
Continuity mistake: When the main characters first decide to go diving, they are all wearing ordinary bikinis. By the end of the film, the surviving characters are wearing diving suits.
Continuity mistake: Despite having the Phoenix power at the end of X-Men: Apocalypse, which manifests around her as a Phoenix firebird and she uses to defeat the titular villain, Jean Grey doesn't actually get merged with the entity until 9 years later in this movie.
Suggested correction: Jean used her full psychic powers in the previous film, not the Phoenix Force. Even without the Phoenix Force she was an incredibly powerful, Omega Level mutant.
The Phoenix firebird is literally shown to be emerging from Jean's body when she kills Apocalypse. She can't both have the Phoenix firebird already within her and then somehow also have it invade her body in this film. The mistake is valid, and I would argue it should be listed as a plot hole more than a continuity error.
Continuity mistake: When the main characters first meet up with the old terminator at his residence, Sarah tries to turn her shotgun on him, but is stopped. Instead, the round goes off punching a hole in a wooden ceiling of the front porch. The resulting debris lands on Arnold's T-shirt, standing out because of the T-shirt's dark color. Several times the camera angle changes and the debris appears and disappears several times throughout the shot. Most notably a splinter of wood on his shoulder.
Continuity mistake: After we first meet Grimmel, there's a scene where a dragon charges him before he puts it to sleep. The view from under the dragon's feet show him getting very close to Grimmel but when the angle changes suddenly he's much further back before he's shot.
Continuity mistake: When Anna's singing "The next right thing" she puts a bag on her shoulder, with the strap on top of her hair. After the camera spins round her, her hair is suddenly on top of the strap. This bears a strong similarity to the mistake in the original Frozen where Elsa's hair passes through her shoulder - might be a deliberate nod, or else animating hair around objects is difficult enough that shortcuts are often taken.
Continuity mistake: When Brad Pitt is viewing the log from his father, the time index on the log goes up to 40 seconds and more and then jumps back down again.
Continuity mistake: Batman enters Lex Luthor's room at night while he's sleeping, and completely casts a shadow over Lex. This wakes Lex up and he sits up. Batman has not moved from his position, but now in the next shots he is no longer casting a shadow on Lex's bed or body. (00:24:47)
Continuity mistake: The new Bosley goes for a hug after reporting Edgar's demise. You can see as the hug begins that the sunglasses are not in Elizabeth Banks ' left hand, but it's where they end up when she says that "hugs work." (00:27:50)
Continuity mistake: When Major Ben Daimio is saying the line about putting Hellboy back in his cage, he's walking towards an elevator door mid sentence and looking at the door. The camera cuts to a different angle as he finishes this sentence and suddenly his head has turned 180° with him looking at Hellboy instantly between shots. (00:41:55)
Suggested correction: He needed to hot-wire the van. It's quite possible he could have left the van for parts (he's seen slamming a Leviathan to the ground) or to protect it. It also could have been an illusion by one of Dr. Strange's people.

Sorry but the suggested correction makes no sense. For one Dr Strange's people have no idea what Ant-Man looks like, and secondly Ant-Man would have no idea where to get parts from in the middle of a battlefield, let alone know if alien technology would be compatible. Also the time frame given when the scene plays out allows no time for him to leave the van, this is a legitimate mistake.
Dr. Strange's people don't know what Ant-Man looks like? He entered the battle with them long before they went to the van. Earth has had access to the same Leviathan parts since the original Avengers. If Toomes can make wings out of it in Spider-man Homecoming, it's possible he can figure something out. Clint had passed the glove to Black Panther before Ant-Man is seen in the background. There was plenty of time. He also could have been defending the van while they brought the glove.
There is plenty of time for Ant-Man to have left the van and returned to it. As the scenes play out, Ant-Man and Wasp are in the front of the van trying to hot wire it. The film then cuts to the battle for several minutes, as we see the passing off the gauntlet, which includes the brief shot of Giant-Man in the background. A few minutes later the film cuts back to the van and we see Scott opening the rear door of the van. So there's plenty of time for him to have gotten out of the van, saw potential trouble with the Leviathan, turned into Giant-Man to stop it while letting Hope finish activating the tunnel, and then returning to check the final settings. Now, all this raises another question that has to do with the apparent ease Giant-Man has in traversing the battlefield, as in why not just give Scott the gauntlet, have him turn into Giant-Man, take a few steps over to the van, and then shrink back down to take the stones back in time?
